Good sized and comfortable bedrooms and comfortable living space. Very clean and quiet for a good nights sleep. Ease of check in and out and ability to leave bags after check out to be picked up later. Good security and friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything in the city so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.
Low shower heads if you are a little on the tall side.
hey, still to this day (08/08/14) I haven't yet received my bond back. Nearly a month ago I stayed.
Everything was up to standard i overall an enjoyable stay
Great location great value
The location, staff were pleasant, very clean, well stocked, al amenities included.
Very noisy, couldn't sit on balcony or open windows due to noise.....bad lighting in kitchen and none in fridge.
Room 2602 Air conditioning unit noise was a joke.
Good apartment and facilities, location was nice
The franchisee was rude and unhelpful. They over debited my account. A stay which should have been $450, cost me $1105....be careful
The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The 3 Bedroom apartments were well appointed with full facilities and with nice balconies. The location is very good. Walking distance for shopping, Southbank Botanical Gardens and plenty of dining options is area
Bathrooms were quite small but ok
All the lights in my room did not work so they moved me to another apartment. The apartment they moved me to then the air conditioning settings were broken so you couldn't adjust. The air con unit was so loud that when it was on you could hardly hear the tv. The internet is provided by a third party and it was 1 Mbps ....that's 8-10 times slower than standard ADSL. If they have a third party provide internet access they should have minimum SLA's. I couldn't do my work.
Central location, clean rooms.
Had some neighbours above return late one night early one morning and be a bit noisy in their apartment and verandah. Woke me but not the kids!
Reception staff were nice.
Reception staff were not there at night to receive guests, only a phone intercom to get help - which for me was where to find the room. Turns out you have to walk through a carpark to get to room 201. Is room 201 legal?
lovely roomy apartment. Very Clean
The pool in the pictures was not quite as nice. just a small lap pool
Bathroom , shower mouldy was surpose to be serviced dailey just dumped towels and ran ,staff at reception area not very friendly car park a night mare wou not stay thare again,
Beautiful apartment great location
we really liked the location easy access to everything we needed room was very comfortable for our group
having to go home
Good all over
When we got there our room wasn't cleaned at all and then we got given another room but it wasn't as nice as the one we first got
The location is really handy to the Queen Street Mall and the river - all within walking distance.
The street is particularly noisy at the moment - and the one bedroom apartment we were in on level 1 was particularly noisy with the car park doors. It was also dark and a little depressing. Unfortunately the only upgrade option was a 2 bedroom on level 9 which would have been fine except for the dripping air conditioning ducting in a cupboard. I gather all 1 bedrooms are on the lower levels and therefore quite dark. A bit unfortunate as our last stay was a far better experience.
Cooking smells in room, furniture shoddy
Location. Close to everything
Paying for parking
Close to everything in Brisbane CBD, you could easily walk to alot of places. Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Room was comfortable and ample space for 4 people.
I got an email saying parking would be no extra cost, then upon checking in was told I had to pay an extra $50. Shower wasn't very clean. There was an open, half dranken container of milk left in the fridge when we arrived.
The three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The three balconies. The comfy couch. The unit was spacious and furnished well.
The bath tap converter did not work in either bath so maintenance could be a bit better. As I had specifically requested a bath I would have expected it to work.
The location was excellent, beds comfortable.
Paid $40 p/n for roll out but unable to sleep on it as bars digging through mattress, spoke to reception staff 3 times re roll out, nothing could be done, manager never available to speak to. Told reception we were unhappy paying for roll out referred to manager. Booking.com rated this unit as 41/2 stars this is not accurate, photos also made 2 bedroom look spacious ours was small & cramped. I would rate this as 31/2 maximum.
Loved that the Quest was so close to shops and restaurants. Room size and facilities were great. Awesome value for money.
Our room wasn't very clean. There were corn chips under the sofa and we found a child's toy behind one of the bedroom doors. It didn't seem to us that the cleaners were very thorough. Also, the older lady at the front desk with short blond hair was a little snooty.

Bed was way too hard
