Quiet pleasant oasis close to all city attractions. Spacious and comfortable.

Perfect staff and great location

Close to the venue we were attending at the Exhibition building. Ample space, well appointed.

Lots of steps made it difficult for luggage and older folk. Though the offer was given we had no idea that we had to go up 2 flights with luggage

Great location, near Brunswick St cafes and tram close by. Quiet location, solid building so no noise from other motel patrons.

Location, setting, configuration of apartment, being self contained. Lovely view over gardens and pool, nice balcony, tasteful decor.

The location was excellent, close to everything that melbourne has to offer. Great to be close to Brunswick st and lygon st. We could walk most places. The actual appartment was very spacious and it felt like a home away from home. They had a washing machine and a dryer and even supplied washing powder.

Location and the access to the city and near to an interesting neighbourhood. Museum and parks on the doorstep.free tram line and walking distance to many parts of the city. We particularly welcomed the garden on return from city trips. Quietness of our apartment and having space after travelling around for few weeks.

Having 4weeks travel in NZ we got free WiFi in all places we stayed so the charge at Quest was unexpected. However we made use of the free service in Federation Square.

The people were very nice and the apartment was spacious and the two beds were very comfortable

The fenced gardens & courtyards. (There could be an electronic gate at the car entrance also for added security) great location. Friendly helpful staff. Spacious roomy apartments.

Noisy old fridge a little annoying. No vanity in the en-suite to place toiletries on. Shower grout needed a good bleaching in en-suite.

Cost Staff Very Friendly Room was perfect for what we needed

The staff were helpful, outgoing and friendly, and couldn't do enough to help us! I loved that they phoned to find out when we would be arriving, and to confirm our stay. We also LOVE spending time in Melbourne. There is so much to do and discover. We had an opportunity this trip to explore around the appartments, which is somewhere we had never been before, as we have previously only stayed in the CBD. That was fun.

The appartment was rather dated, and needs some updating - particularly in the bathroom and kitchen. Lots of peeling edges, broken tiles and grubby-looking places (like inside the kitchen drawers). Only one small set of drawers in one of the closets, when we could have done with two.

Small thing, but in our apartment, bathroom upstairs had no toilet, and only toilet was downstairs

Good location for restaurants on Brunswick st and close to the the city.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were small.Single beds were too narrow and uncomfortable .The stairs creaked.The entrance laneway was noisy in the early hrs of the morning.The patio was dirty.The sliding glass doors were dirty.Carpet stained.

the location was great and the pool was a bonus. Everything you needed for cooking was supplied and daily maid service.

We were there for the hot rod show at the exhibition centre and its location to the venue lygon street and transport was wonderful,Beds and general layout of the apartments was faultless will definitely book again for next year

Carpets and shower could do with a good clean(mould above shower and in silicone) but this certainly did not distract us from the lovely location etc

Nice friendly staff, great location, and a well equipped apartment. All this for a reasonable price!

Beautiful environment

Having to go without a refund for the $50 security for 3 days now
