The location The bathroom floor had urine on it from the last occupant. NOT clean!! The room had mosquitsoes in it and or bed bugs. I had insect bites and they still itch!!

1. Can book online (easy) 2. Can rely on Quest to be consistent with the level of quality. 3. Always clean and fresh - also reliable. Lack of parking available in conparision to the number of rooms. Not really a big issue though

Only the location. Our booking had been lost and took some time to re-eneter data to ensure we had a room. Requested a double (2 bedroom) apartment and had two seperate apartments with adkoining doors that did not open fully therefore needed to be chocked which restricted flow around the apartment. I have stayed in some very nice Quest apartments at reasonable prices. This was overpriced for what it was. Generally dissapointed and would look for alternative accommodation next time I am staying in Shepparton.

spacious room fire doors were load when closing as they are heavy, so if you were in a adjoining room or next to one, they would close very loudly and shake the wall

Nice and clean, secure parking and very comfortable I was booked to have breakfast which I thought would have been in the my room as it was only toast and ceral, as i was running late i didn't have time to go and get it, just me not being organised so no big deal.

I particularly appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of staff. I have used Quest many times in Melbourne but found the staff at Shepparton exceptionally good. Nothing. I enjoyed my stay. I was attending a wedding and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
