The comfortable arrangement of the unit and its proximity to the IGA. The ease of parking the car and the ease of leaving Melbourne due to the closeness of the Westgate Bridge system. The heat of the apartment. Even after you had cooled it down it heated up again. If you left the windows open there was considerable building activity nearby.

Good location. Comfortable and spacious rooms. You had to check in on Dorcas Street. We didn't realise this until we arrived.
