Wardrobe doors ill fitting
the room we booked were quite spacious for 2 couple and 1 child. the kitchen and laundry equipment are good. the surroundings are quiet and beautiful with only a few minutes walk to the beach. awesome!.
Close to trams, shops, restaurants. Peace and quiet. Generous rooms.
Nothing, it's just right.
I think her name was Franseca ? She was working on the 23rd and she made a special effort to ring me Sat to tell us that our room would be ready for a early check in . We very much appreciated her lovely caring nature . Please value this employee , she was lovely .
Location Parking Quietness
Nothing - all good
The location was only a few minutes walk to the beach and the shops, the kitchen was very well equiped, and the view from our room of a lovely old church.
There was nothing to not like.
Staff are nice. Location is quiet and great, so close to Acland St. No tram noise.
I hardly slept. Walls between rooms are paper thin, you can hear everything that happens in adjoining rooms inc the TV and bathroom noise. Street light gets thru/over the curtains. TV hopelessly small and poor signal. Small rooms. No task lighting.
poor tv reception
Clean, comfortable, modern, quiet, great service friendly and helpful.
So close to shops, trams, beach. Our heating was broken but 2 heaters were placed in our room before we got there and they kept it toasty our entire visit. Such friendly, helpful staff.
Nothing not to like.
Parking a bit difficult
The location was good
The apartment was small n the receptionist rude n unfriendly. Parking is a problem. Almost impossible to park in order to check in, to then get into the carpark which has an additional charge. On check out, you have to move your car from the carpark before handing back the key otherwise you can't get out! Ridiculous! When adding car parking cost it is way over priced for what you get! One bedroom apartments are much smaller than they appear on the net!
It is self contained unit, with a balcony
we have be staying at this quest for 3 year, same time every year. We were treated as just a number, we will remember this for next year
quiet nights, helpful staff
Hot water ran out too quick.
Location Secure parking being available on site Quite location.
Had to ask for items to be provided such as tea, sugar and dish washer tablets to be provided even though the room had been serviced. However these were provided immediately with a smile so that was OK. We treated it as an oversight..
Close to beach, shops and easy access to trams if wanting to go into Melbourne city shopping center. Secure car parking facilities at a reasonable cost.
Proximity to the St Kilda shops, cafes, beach, train and trams. Very good laundry appliances and very comfortable bed.
Excessive charges for internet. Very small shower. Dim lighting in the bathroom.
Close to shops etc. comfortable
The small hot water system as there was not enough water for us all (1 adult, 3 kids).
Nothing to fault really - great facilities in apartment so you can be totally self sufficient if you want to be. Everything in St Kilda is within easy walking distance - the same with public transport if you want to venture further afield.
Location - was quiet.
We got the only room without a balcony.
Good location with easy access to public transport to the city and to the Melbourne sports and aquatic centre.
Staff were very helpful & friendly!
Nice and open with big windows, quiet area close to trams,
The spare bed kept splitting in the middle and was hard to make.
Well located, good facilities and comfortable.
No free wifi - a big let down and should be a given these days
