Really friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was a bit worn, but very clean. Despite the location on two busy roads, the room was extremely quiet, and the beds very comfortable (except for the sofa bed) - I slept really well. Excellent compendium in room with information about local restaurants, etc. Great location with public transport on doorstep. Excellent value for money.

Easy to commute into city, rooms were spacious and beds comfortable.

Staff were very accommodating and extended check out due to a broken heater. A column heater was also brought up to our room to ward off the chill - very impressive!

The service staff were very pleasant and very helpful.

The dishwasher threw the circuit breaker out. Staff quickly dealt with the circuit breaker. This was not a problem.

Staff were very nice and were very knowledgeable about the area.

We asked for a non smoking room, however the smell of smoke in our room when we arrived was so strong that it made my eyes hurt. I was very disappointed with this.

As we had a 9 day booking, it really got to feel like home. It is very secure, comfortable, well equipped and handy to public transport.

The stairs leading to entrance. Could probably have entered via car park and taken elevator up, but garage area door was very slow to open so we hauled ourselves up the stairs.The curtains within the double glazing could do with a wash. Everything else was very good.

DIDnt like the kettle didnt work the tv didnt work until we had the staff get it going for us..The vending machine outside stopped working .Also We think we have been charged twice for the room we have 2 identical amounts come up on our statement but have to wait for it to tell us what it is..And last but not least I left my bag in the room and went to the footy and my credit card is missing now so not a good time at all

The girl on reception was obviously highly embarrassed that the hotel had no record whatever of the booking made through your website, although I had received your confirmatory email of 16 Feb 2011, and was luckily able to show her a print-out of it. She was very professional and friendly in her handling of the situation, and fortunately was able to find me an apartment anyway.

The staff were very helpful,particularly sorting out motorway toll fees, which are complex and irrational. A clean sound appartment which met all our expections.

Not easy to find first time,as the sign is too high and partly hidden by a tree.

I was pleased someone had had the thought to turn my aircon on before my arrival. It was most appreciated because it was very hot and muggy day.
