I loved the selection of in house meals and the very accommodating staff that took our orders

nothing to dislike

Everything was so wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Room service guy was good value. Desk workers were great. Plenty of secure parking. Many different food options.

Our toilet wasn't working properly (someone came and fixed it). There was an awful smell on our floor. Some food was awesome, some was a bit blah (at the conference). The lift was out of order from the car park. And what is with no direct access to the car park from your room? Temperature in the complex was hit and miss. Sme parts were freezing and others were stifling.

The beds, awesome beds.

Excellent meal in the Japanese restaurant Good buffet breakfast although the bacon and eggs had been sitting a while and were not very warm. Lovely country setting in the heart of the Gold Coast, only a short drive to everything.

The walking path around the resort is not signposted very well, perhaps it's only meant for golfers. TV system menu is clunky and not user friendly.

Your Restaurants, VIDERE and ARAKARA serve exceptional food equal to and better than anything I have found anywhere in Australia.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast buffet had a great choice, lots of variety with heaps of fresh fruit.

A car is required to get around.

breath taking views and surrounds, it was just amazing beautifully designed so clean and fresh. Everything was done to perfection, from the professionalism, and friendliness of all the staff. The rooms are perfect not one issue that didn't blow us away. Congratulations. The great selection of restaurants and the amazing buffet breakfast. We had to choose a hotel close to where my husband had a medical procedure at the hospital so it was perfect. We are definitely returning for a great get away soon. We are at Noosa, so Royal Pines Resort is perfect not far to drive, but a feeling that you could be anywhere.

The day spa was truly relaxing and staff fantastic. Food was divine even room service and it wasnt expensive.

I would have liked to check in before my spa treatment so I could go straight to the room as I was tired.

The Service, The meals and spaciousness.

We enjoyed our stay, our rooms were excellent, the beds super soft. Very clean, lovely helpful staff. We will stay again next time we visit Brisbane/Gold Coast. Most impressed.

The staff at all levels were very friendly and helpfull. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and by showing a little patience we were upgraded. The view from our room was spectacular. We stayed three nights and if we weren't on a timetable to return to wa we would have loved to have stayed longer.

Car parking wasn't easy during the day. Pitzas weren't up to expectation.

it was a nice break and far enough away from busy surfers to be quiet and relaxing. We had a lovely weekend.

The breakfast was unbelieveable - the best breakfast I have ever eaten in my life - I would seriously come back there to stay again just for the breakfast

Very nice and great hotel. Good restaurants and nice rooms with big screan tv. Pool and fitness were amazing.

No free internet, to expensive!

A very nice resort. I have played golf there many times over the years and allways enjoyed it very much. It is the first time we stayed as normally we stay with our daughter. we will recomend it to one and all, as the best value for money in accomodation on the Gold Coast, appart from lack of comfortable seating

Everything was very good exept when we tried to share the first bed.The pillow top cover over the mattrass was so soft, you could not move exept to roll. We used both beds after that, As our daughter lives around the corner we did not spend much time in the room. But I expect two reasenable comfortable chairs. We have stayed many places around the world, but a uncomrtable chase lounge for two and a straight back wooden chair is not satisfactory and rates the comfort for the room as very poor.

Fantastic staff! Always very helpful. Great facilities & grounds. Good location. Amazing mountain view from the 17th floor! Heaps of onsite parking. The best breakfast selection I have ever seen!

親切な日本人スタッフもいて、安心して滞在できた。 シャトルバスの本数が少なく早い時間で終わってしまうのはやや難点だが、市街地・ビ－チへのアクセスも一応- 確保されている。

あえて挙げるなら前述のシャトルバスの不便さがあるが、遊びすぎない（カジノ・深夜までの遊びすぎ等）とい- う意味では良いことかも知れない。

Customer service was great. Staff are professional, helpful and courteous. If anything was needed in our room, it was taken care of promptly. The room was large, spotlessly clean and very quiet. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. There is a pool and jacuzzi, and a small gym. Amici's is a good restaurant, and the Panorama Lounge is great for good coffee, and lunch. I was attending a conference; the food service was exceptionally well organized, and the food was very good. There was a breakfast buffet included in my room rate which provided plentiful options.

The resort is not located within walking distance of shops or restaurants, and the last shuttle bus returns by 7pm, so economical dinner options are limited if you don't have a car.

hearing the man in the room next room coughing during the night. maybe better insulation between rooms.

The mould around the bath

The staff were not helpful. The elevators broke down and no one was there to give any support to the guests. The servers in the restaurant were indifferent to guest needs except one very nice gal called Ava from Brazil.
