Staff very polite - cleaning staff and reception particularly. Bed wonderful although lighting in the bedroom left many pockets of darkened areas as there didn't seem to be a central light (needed for packing etcetc). No luggage rack in room. Concierge was asked to book a shuttle bus the night before required but did not do it. Concierge also would rather look at activity leaflets rather than log-on to system - leaflets did not give info I required - I would have been happy to use the computer if he did not know how but this was never offered..... |

the hotel is ideally located with shops, attractions and ferries all within easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were superb. Room was very clean tidy and well maintained. Sound proofing was good. All the staff from the room ladies, concierge, doorman, reception, cooks and anyone else we encountered were so helpful and friendly. |

We enjoyed the location of your hotel. The spa and pool facilities.Your restaurants were of a very high standard and the staff friendly and helpful. We found the air conditioning difficult to manage. |

It was our first visit to Sydney and the staff were extremely helpful about how to get around and find things. I was travelling with a child and we both had a fabulous time at the hotel. |

The staff were polite, courteous and proffessional. Nothing was too much trouble.I also think the breakfast was lovely and the staff were especially friendly and helpful The room was impeccable. But once again it was the staff with their amazing service who 'stole the show'. I was extremely impressed. I would definitely choose The Raddison( in Sydney) for future visits. Equally importantly, I would definitely recommend it to others looking to visit Sydney. No. There is nothing I can think of. |

I selected the Radisson for the location and this turned out to be excellent, close to the Rocks, Opera House and ferries to Manly and the harbour. All of Sydneys main areas of interest were within easy walking distance. We also found the Restaurant to be first class along with the breakfast. All the services met our expectations and the staff are all to commended on their friendliness and customer commitment. |

Lovely views of the Cathedral and great location to walk to most things. The room was spacious and comfortable with everything thought of and provided.Staff were courteous, efficient and helpful. The Coffee served in the restaurant is terrible. I tried it three times and it was absolutely not good enough for a hotel of this calibre. I would only recommend the hotel with a warning about this. |

Staff were attentive and all very professional. I have travelled and styed and lived in Hotels all over the world. Very impressed staff were excellent at breakfast. One small complaint - as nice as the coffee is that it is plunger it is not hot enough, i would suggest you keep plungers in a warmer? |

Great location to fully experience everything Sydney has to offer. Close to shopping, tourist sites, parks & public transport, even easy access to escape the city and visit the beautiful Blue mountains. |
