The location was absolutely perfect to walk to any part of the city to see every tourist thing you could want to see, the botanical gardens, the opera house, the harbour area attractions, etc. the hotel is very historic and very classy. The hotel is expensive but then everything about sydney is extremely expensive. I would not hesitate to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity to return to sydney

Housekeeping staff very efficient, room was cleaned whilst we were at breakfast, never experienced that before. Room service was excellent, convenient location. Reasonably quiet hotel. Buffet breakfast staff a bit slow, didn't remove empty plates from table, host was a bit officious in attitude, hot food typical of Bain Marie buffets, eggs tasted like powdered variety! Despite telephoning hotel earlier in the day to notify of our late flight and E.T.A., was telephoned whilst still on Tarmac to find out if still required the room ?! This put further pressure on us to hurry to get therein case they gave room away but as taxi queue was so long at airport, didn't get there till midnight! Did explain again to them the situation and anyway, they had our credit card as deposit if needed! Mini bar stock is poor, no tonic to go with Gin..Room air con not cold enough.

Location is great. Very central. All staff (apart from receptionist) was very helpful. Receptionist was not very smiley, no individual approach. View from the room window was not the best (at the block of offices).

Location - close to all transport, restaurants, Opera House etc. Great room - spacious, comfortable, friendly approachable staff. No view (but that was not important - could easily get one a few minutes walk away).

I looked at the guest reviews of over 40 Sydney hotels before choosing Radisson. It is centrally located, quiet and has free internet. At A$600/night during peak periods it is a bit expensive...it would have been nice if they included free breakfast.

A very good hotel, could not find any flaws. Not the most luxurious 5 star hotel I've ever been but everything worked well, the concierge staff was extremely skilled and helpful, the room and the facilities were all perfect. The location is ideal, everything in walking distance. Great place to stay, be it either for leisure or business.

We have been visiting Australia for 10 years from the UK and this was by far the best city hotel we have stayed in. The whole place has a good vibe and is easily accessed from the airport via Wynyard train station ( only two blocks away) and a five minute walk to central shops, CBD and Circular Quay. Highly recommended. No views of Sydney - but then we didn't expect any !. Its in the CBD amongst a lot of very tall buildings

I just love the building Architecturally. I worked in a building close by and in the afternoon the sun would hit its western side, which gives off a golden sandstone glow, just beautiful! You have an Australian Porter/concierge/parking attendant around 30 very nice guy, great customer service. I would have loved to have seen more of a correlation between the outside architecture and interior design and decoration. The modern urban/city interior design is everywhere, its been done to death. After saying this, I still love the hotel and would definitely stay there again

As much as it was a very lovely hotel, $880.00 for 2 nights stay was quite pricy considering we only slept there and were out and about for the rest of our time in Sydney.

The gym was small but allowed for a good variety of work outs. The staff were uniformly helpful and kind. It was in a good spot for the train, Quay, gardens, and cbd. I was there with a friend and there was only one chair in the room to relax in. I had to sit on the bed or in the desk chair. There were not many places to store things.

I stay in Sydney quite often and this hotel has been my best experience to date. The charming old building refurbished in keeping with the style but providing modern amenities. The staff in all areas were totally professional and knowledgeable. The location is perfect to be in city central. I will definitely return! Food could be better!? But still there are many restaurants surrounding.
