Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast I had in the dining room was great. A great location for both shopping and sightseeing - very close to The Rocks, Circular Quay, Opera House and Art Gallery. But the best thing of all was the comfortable bed and fluffy pillows!

Great to have 2 queen beds for 2 friends meeting up in Sydney. Bath was lovely as was shower. Great to have pillow menu. Staff were all very friendly. Loved having the water available in the lobby after walking around the city. Only complaint would be the bath robes. They are thin and tiny! I am not a big person but they barely did up around me. Part of a nice break at a hotel for me is relaxing in a nice fluffy robe!

The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Circular Quay. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The food was excellent, both room service and the restaurant. Where the hotel really shone was the staff. Without exception, everyone we met was cheerful, friendly, and helpful. That's what made our stay special.

Good location near great bars and restaurants, lovely room, and very attentive, helpful staff and professional staff. Shame about the management though. Between the hotel and the booking site they mucked up my room. We booked this hotel as it was one of few that you had the option of having two beds in a room. the room was advertised as being available as a twin, but upon arrival i was told i had a king bed to share with my colleague. I showed them my booking for twin beds and i was simply told that they wouldn't not honor this and then charged me for an extra trundle bed. In my experience if the hotel mucks up, they should do there best to look after you not charge you for their mistakes. Not sure i would ever go back, management have lost the plot. the staff however are lovely.

It's a lovely hotel with great facilities. The restaurant/breakfast was delicious and the service there was great. Initially I found the reception officer a bit rude and his communication re: payment was lax. I felt the way he treated me as I chose to pay by cash, like I was a criminal. This initial contact made my stay a bit tainted. I have stayed there previously and found the 'delux' room small and unlike the bathroom in my previous room I was unable to see my partner from the bath like I had previously.

Nice hotel, good facilities and excellent location. Reception and concierge are wonderful. Restaurant and Bar are frankly pretty poor service and attitude, this has recently changed as it used to be nice. Food in bar was below expectations for good hotel.

The service was amazing, so attentive from the Reception to the porters. The room was very large, although no spectacular view was to be had from ours, however I didnt expect this. Breakfast wasnt included.

* Excellent reception / concierge staff (allowed me to check in early and check out later) * General staff were professional and courteous * For $264 per night, I would have thought you would at least provide some complimentary bottled water (instead of charging $7 for the bottle) * No hairdryer (just an observation). * No complimentary toothbrush / toothpaste. * No turn down service in the evening.

I found the staff extremely friendly. The hotel is in a great location 5 mins from circular quay where all the ferries and buses go from and also 5/7 mins walk from the main hub of Pitt street with its fantastic shops. I didn't like the fact that we could not open the window as we both hate air con and also the fact that there were no smoking rooms in the hotel. Not much really.

Location was fantastic but bear in mind it's a short walk from the harbour bridge, for those of you who may be confused. However it is centrally located that I walked nearly everywhere unless it was out of city! The walks are wonderful too as the weather was also nice!! At the hotel you could hear noise from outside the room whereas other 5* hotels in the same area have a much thicker and robust doors. Also bottles of water were at a charge, again, other 5* hotels in the vicinity provide such items free.
