酒店在CITY中心，离SHOPPING的KING.ST很近，离darling harbour也很近，晚上散步过去15分钟，离hade park也很近。总之，地点很不错。

地理位置好!距离著名的景点很近.距离购物街也很近,散步即可到达.酒店的设施和服务都很不错!值得称道.

Hotel was in a good location near to circular quay concierge was helpful

Hotel was in need of renovation, rooms were badly outdated. Hotels leisure facilities were old, pool area was poor we arrived at 8am so we were told we could use pool changing rooms for showers,my partner was getting changed when three workmen entered the womens changing rooms to carry out work which we were not told, so had to get dressed quickly then they closed off the changing room. Overall stay was not very good! Wouldn't stay here again

The staff were incredibly friendly - We received a free upgrade which was amazing! The room was divine, room service super prompt ... We thought all the prices were fine for such a luxurious stay. We have absolutely no complaints, had an ideal stay and will definitely be staying again in future and recommending to anyone who will listen. Many Thankyou's! Keera and Tim

Excellent location for visting the sites, such as Opera house, bridge, The Rocks, Circular Quay for ferries and Darling harbour. Nowhere is more than a ten or fiteen minute walk away.

A small point but the door to the bathroom/wc immediately faced the bed and as a glazed sliding door was not very soundproof. It was impossible to see through but sound was easily transmitted/ If someone visits the loo in the middle of the night the bathroom light streams onto the bed waking even the heaviest sleepers...and then theres the noise.... The door might have been better positioned. Excellent hotel generally though.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location for seeing the sights of Sydney and the service by all of the staff was outstanding. We spent our first three days in Australia here and it was a perfect start to our holiday.

Location breakfast quality of the room kindness of people

As our room was located on the 3rd level, the position of nearby multi storey buildings meant the lack of natural light made the room a little gloomy. Easily resolved however by sitting in the lovely lounge area. The size of our room was good and it provided us with the best shower we have ever used.

Bar staff could do with a little more training in product knowledge. Over the course of our 5 day stay, the men in our group had to order the same preferred beer, using three different descriptions. One staff member replied "Oh, I've never looked at the label". Better product knowledge would help.

Exceptional hotel. Great location, great rooms, great staff, fantastic restaurant, amazing breakfast. You will not find a better hotel.

It was conveniently located to our conference venue (Sydney grammar school and Opera house), extremely luxurious, yet with relaxation and sporting facilities available. My only regret was that the conference did not allow us sufficient time to enjoy the facilities of the hotel.
