The staff responded very well to my bag being snatched in the cafe. I had my bag snatched in the cafe 5 minutes after arrival at the hotel. The hotel itself was very tatty and overall - awful view from window. |

We very much liked the location of the Radission Hotel & Suites. The parking service offered by the hotel is a hugh plus. Check in was very efficient with room size and comfort a real surprise. For such a central city location city/traffic noise was never a problem. Try it - you'll like |

The staff excellent. Any information you needed they were always willing to help and suggested the best way to get anywhere without having to pay outrageous prices. Gareth was outstanding. Always cheerful, friendly,very helpful and always made sure he asked how your day had been and if you had enjoyed your stay. Outstanding. If I did have to say 1 thing it would be only minor and that was the spa is way to hot 37/39, even in winter. Maybe 30/32. A few people did comment on how hot it was. |

The staff extremely friendly, helpful, Adam polite, awesome sense of humor, also David(think that was his name) Night manager? Perfect place to stay. Only closing time of the pool and spa.10.30 would be ideal. Nice to go to the gym, have a swim and spa after a long day. |

Close enough to activities in Sydney. Room was spacious, staff courteous, and restaurant average. The unending noise in the streets. Monorail, buses, taxis, trams, and a few too many loud drinkers made Saturday night a sleepless one. |
