Location was excellent

Tv remote was missing and when the front desk staff brought one up it didn't work No shampoo or conditioner supplied- the dispenser was empty Tv was rather small

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Enjoyed the breakfast. The glass water basin was a real surprise - very creative.

The room was a little small, but for our purposes very functional. No label for the dispensers in the shower - so not sure if we were using the soap, conditioner or shampoo!

Small room, TV set is broken down, Breakfast is fair especially coffee maker is broken down.

The staff and reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good....just about everything you would want. Dinner meals also good with a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are good and clean, with bathrooms clean and modern. WiFi is good and free...as it should be in 2012. The staff was helpfull when I wanted to send a fax....what else would you want?

We have stopped there twice and will be stopping there again....next year.

Bed was the worst I have come across. Tv was poor. Movies over priced. Photos of rooms on the Internet are deceiving. No in room fridge. Shower screen barely does job, end up with slippery wet bathroom floor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also liked the secure parking and the proximity to the shops/restaurants.

The noise of the heating system! Does not matter what settings you use it does not stop. I could not sleep and was rather grumpy in the morning. After two nights I had enough and it is unlikely I will use that hotel again.

Easy to find and get to with good facilities in an surounding the hotel

The Hotel took a $360.00 pre sale from my credit card. When I left and went to pay the account the person at reception could not get the $360.00 to activate so he then took another pre payment of $260.00 from my card. The $360.. is still sitting on my card as a Pre sale and therfore fund unavailable to me. This gives me an uneasy feeling especially these days whith computer and credit card fraud being rife.

Staff were courteous. Facility was clean. The restaurant on the ground level was always clean and the food was good basic food at a reasonable price. The parking garage was a nice touch being downtown Dandenong and accross from the mall.

Rooms could be a little brighter. All they would need to do would be put in some higher wattage bulbs. Pay per View movies ervice had issues during my stay. Solid establixhment though no real detractions for my part.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the gym is awesome, dandenong is a horrible suburb but the hotel is really good

We stayed because close to Volleyball Stadium. Near Monash freeway so easy to get to from interstate. Loved the custard slice at breakfast and the breakfast generally. Free internet in reception excellent. Free Broadband in room excellent. Parking included and easy, ie virtually walk straight into accomodation undercover. Walk across road to shops. Great price accommodation in multicultural area. Afgan restaurant nearby called Pamir excellent.

The location was quite good and the rooms although small were very clean and modern in design.

The room heating was not turned on when I booked in. After waiting in quite cold conditions for the heating to start, adjusting the temperature and looking for the operating manual, I rang reception only to be told that they had to switch it on from there. It was still so cold when I went to bed that I had to put both towels on the bed to keep warm as no extra blanket was provided. When I ordered a meal they brought a much larger (and more expensive) meal. I asked for the correct meal and when I checked with the attendant that the correct amount had been added to my account he acted as if it were my fault. The staff need some training in customer service otherwise they will have no customers.

As accommodation managers ourselves in Brisbane, we found the room very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was outstanding and something to look forward to. The staff were obviously well trained and accommodating. Overall a wonderful experience. We would certainly stay again. Warren Brisbane

We liked the location was handy to visting family and friends. It was good to be able to park our car with safety. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice (the glass bathroom was a nice touch), the only annoying things were the pillows were not comfortable and there was no wardrobe as such to hang clothes, there was two hooks on a wall with four coat hangers, but hey we managed. Breakfast was included and we appreciated that. It was very handy the the mall (just across the road). Would stay there again.

It was very inconvenient that the Hot water was not available to the rooms on the Sunday morning, your staff however made every attempt to assist but this did not allow us to keep to times we had arranged to meet family while on our stay
