Great location especially for whale watching season very clean and modern accommodation

breakfast buffet was a bit basic and could be improved at very little cost

Location, layout of complex with ease to pool & restaurant, access to mariner etc, quiet & good service. Buffet breakfast idea don't give up on that greatttt.

Inadequate under ground parking & some areas are tight for 4x4, no provision for finnished room service meals or collection, entry & exit points when arriving & departing with luggage etc while pepole are dining not good, room refrigerator inadequate for longer stays

Room was very comfortable and clean. The reception staff were most helpful when we extended our booking for another day - and the lady who was on duty for the breakfast service, I think her name was Lou, was great.

Rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed. Receptionist was exceptional pleasant and helpful. Easy to find as we arrived after dark.

Rooms wers very comfortable and privacy factor was excellent.

Two single beds jammed together to make one large bed. Gap in the middle was annoying.

The resort is quiet and clean. Pool area is convenient and well maintained.

No washing facilities. No Do Not Disturb door signs.

From the minute we arrived we felt relaxed and very contented. We upgraded to a 1 Bed Apartment and WOW we were not disappointed. A great experience. Would recommend a Facial this was the best I have ever had.

There is not one thing that we did not like. Keep up the good work

The rooms were tidy. The rib eye steak that we ordered was very well cooked.

There area couple of recommendations that I would like to make. The air conditioning does not reach to the bedroom.and there is no fan so it got very stuffy in there at night. I understand there was a gas outage at the time however we found many other places who put in much more of an effort to produce a nice meal with nice fresh salads and gravies and sauces with their meat instead of some not so fresh looking salad in plain dessert bowls classed as a "buffet". We just felt that the easy way out was taken which dissapointed us.

The front desk staff were always ready to help & the kitchen staff were too.

We had to move rooms after the first night because the toilet was leaking and the door handle had fallen off the shower. The room we moved - the valence on the bed had a big mouldy patch down in - it looked like someone had been sick quite a while ago and it hadn't been cleaned. You couldn't miss this if you were vacuuming the room. Didn't like the 'one piece of soap' thing that was going on. Surely one for the shower and one for the basin is reasonable? Couldn't get the spa to work because the stop button was stuck on. Was able to be pulled out though. Really felt that it was no where near the star rating that it has. To get any sort of service that you expect in that star rating hotel (or even just a 2 star hotel) was additional money.

There was no information about the restaurant and especially no info in room or by receptionist re availability of breakfast.

Loved it. Will be back.

was a good place to stay in Hervey Bay walking distance to harbor and trips. Room very nice with balcony would recommend.

Toilet seat broken misleading description,warm fridge,no views not enough secure parking for all rooms,very over priced restaurnt,tiny room definately not luxury as advertised very little shade around pool.very dissappointed dont stay there

The hotel and staff where superb. Great location, room was spacious and clean, you had everything you needed. We had an issue with a tour (Hummer tour) who did not turn up to collect us, so could not visit Fraser Island. Very upset Andrew (resort manager) and the reception staff where amazing! They went above and beyond trying to fix the situation and find something else for us to do. We cannot thank them enough. They put a smile back on our faces:)

I travel alot and thought the room was very over rated and over priced. I also found the front reception staff to be very poor when it came to follow up, almost arrogant
