Vianne was extremely friendly with good local knowledge. The apartment was warm, cosy and comfortable close to all the facilities in Richmond and good for our small group. Look forward to another visit in the new rooms!

Very nice and friendly staff. We got some problems with our journey and we reached the cottage very late that night. Light was all out in the street and we were so worried that we were not accepted from the cottage for late arrival. It was a warm and comfortable place. And the owner was very nice and considerate. We had a great time and felt at ease. The traffic was quite busy in the morning and it would be a bit noisy.

Loved the location in the heart of Richmond which is a delightful historic town close to Hobart. Very spacious accommodation and full of character The cottage is over 100 years old. Only negative was it was on the main road which was very noisy from about 5.30am onwards.

Perfect stay, very quiet and not so far fom Hobart (30 min drive). Our accomodation was simply beautiful, perfect for 4 people (very large dining room with every kitchen facilities, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, laundry and bbq facilities). The owner is really kind and helpful!

Lovely hostess, beautiful garden, wonderful place. We stayed in the two bedroom villa which was excellent. Extremely comfortably, lovely bed and linen and great shower! Great breakfast provisions and overall a great choice! Only one small thing....no blind on bedroom door (upstairs anyway) and very bright!

Very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast provisions good. NB this is not a hotel but a self contained part of an old cottage. Very convenient for airport, located in a historic village.

Our hostess could not have been more welcoming and helpful even though the surrounding hills were ablaze at the time. She kept us informed about the fires at all times. The cottage was also within easy walking distance of the town centre. Fresh eggs, juice, milk, cereal and English muffins were supplied for breakfast and the onsite washing machine, iron and ironing board were also appreciated. The cottage was not air conditioned despite the temperatures being in the high 30's. A pedestal fan was provided for us.
