Redvue Luxury Apartments

Was on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. It was close to other family and friends staying there for function.

It wasn't serviced over the 3 night stay, ie 1 towel each and 1 roll of toilet paper. We were not aware of this before when booking.

Customer Service is what made me choose them and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Value for money. Us 4 adults brought our 3 babies under 3 and they didn't charge us for it where as other places I rung did or the other places only excepted 4 adults 2 children only per 2br apartments. He said of course bring them along its your holiday you enjoy it! The apartment itself is very modern with everything we needed in it and very spacious again bigger than what we expected for the price. We very lucky to have come here.

We couldn't check out late there's a cost but that's fair!

closeness to beach and eateries. Enjoyed the market on Sunday morning which was easy walking distance from the apartment.

We especially liked the large balcony with a view of the bay and the Redcliffe City night lights. Was the perfect place to sit enjoying a wine in the evening and breakfast in the morning.

Very modern and new apartment. Very spacious, plenty of room for kids to run around. Excellent view. Close to shopping and resturaunts. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitaly stay there again.

The pool was supposed to be heated, but there was only one corner that actually was, but this was by no means a reflection on the standard of the hotel, the pool was beautiful and clean, just a little cold!

Loved everything about the place room size was perfect for me to fit my portacot for our 8 month old.

The rooms were good value for money, the location for what we wanted was excellent, the bed was the comfortablest we have had in accommodation in a long time. As people who have been in the industry, we enjoyed our stay and would return when we come back to Redcliffes for another weekend.

As l said we have been in the industry, and l now run my own cleaning business. So l noticed the bathroom mirror had not been cleaned. Also we had to call for the cleaner to come back and take the food from the previous guest out the fridge. But probably most of all, was the fact that our balcony door was broken and the manager knew about it, and still put us in this room. I would say this is not a good idea, if our room had of been broken into, they would have been responsable. We went out that night, having to take extra valuables with us, as we didn't feel secure leaving them behind. As the sign said they still had vacancies, l would have moved them to another room and only used this room as a last resort until it was able to be secure.

Steve was very friendly and down to earth. Apartment was fine could of had better pillows and bedding. View was beautiful. Nice relaxed place to stay would stay there again.

No Foxtel for the price of the room. Have paid less money for accomodation, however rooms have always had Foxtel. Pool was murky. Gym equipment was not available to use Dissapointed with last night in Qld.

Clean, fresh apartments and relaxing views.

No WiFi is disappointing... I have recently visited Europe and every place I stayed at had complimentary WiFi. This gave me convenient access to make the world small which is, surprisingly, comforting.

Very attractive unit in a great location overlooking the bay.

half the machines in the gym didnt work

toilet seat broken lights dod not work in bathroom no microwave oven the iron was very dirty i think the luxury should be taken out of the name, the room we had was very small, and the amenities did not live up to our expectations a reasonable budget accomodation site

The location was really nice, close to shops and the markets.

No foxtel!

It was very new in appearance, thats where it ended...

I didnt like all the dust that was everywhere...from the bedside light to the vent in the bathroom... Also I booked a studio apartment not a hotel room...so there was no table or couch that the photos had online...the room was tiny and felt cramped for a studio apartment... The little kitchenette that was inside the wardrobe smelt foul and the plates and glasses were dirty and I had to wash them before using them...it was gross...the blanket in the cupboard was so dusty we couldnt use it.. THere wasnt anyone permenantly at the desk to contact and there wasnt any info in the rooms as to call the desk etc...and there werent any signs in the carpark...yellow and red dots!! So what!! I felt there could be signage to help the guests as to where the lifts were...also in the carpark the ventilation was not working...it was like a smelly sauna down there... So overall I wont ever be staying there again...for the price I felt ripped off...wasnt it supposed to a 4.5star hotel?? Well it was under par for sure...i wont be recommending this to anyone

No fans in the bedrooms aside from the master bedroom.

Comfy bed and sheets. Nice veranda.

Not luxury as such! More serviceable. We only had a room as only wanted a bed it was at rear of units and noisy.

The staff were very flexible to our wishes.

Globe not working. Flat batteries in tv remote. No one around in reception except for limited hours. Very bad smell in yellow lift.

No Internet, get into the 21st century please!
