Ruime kamer, uitstekend bed, uitstekend saniair, goede ligging van het hotel t.o.v. het centrum. Prima parkeer faciliteit. Ontbijtbuffet matig, te duur voor het gebodene. |

De ontvangst van het personeel, en de uitsteende uitrusting van de kamer. Verder is de ligging ideaal, vlak bij de zgn lagune(openbaar zwembad aan het strand, heerlijk relaxen). en vlakbij de esplenade, waar de restaurantjes en de winkels zijn. De bedden waren weliswaar kingsize, maar naar mijn persoonlijke smaak veel te zacht matras, ik had 's morgens rugpijn. |

Nice and friendly staff, even the most basic rooms feature a whirlpool and are huge. Room was advertised on booking.com as having a Sauna and did not. |

Luxury hotel with Jacuzzi in room. Very kind staff, we tried the asiatic restaurant near Casino and it was very good. The location is also perfect, you can walk along the Esplanade, just under the hotel. Highly reccommended if you stay in Cairns. |

check in war schnell und alle unterlagen waren ready, zimmer gross, aber alt, bad und WC getrennt fruestueck, generell kaum service fuer ein 5 star hotel in allen belangen, minibar nicht aufgefuellt, zimmer und bad nicht akurat sauber, sehr laut, keinerlei F&B outlets mit standards fuer ein 5 star hotel |

セキュリティがしっかりしており安心できる。ホテル付帯設備にて朝食を取ると31A$ぐらいかかり高いのが- ネックだがケーキ＆コー碑セットだけなら7.5A$とお得だったりもする。ホテルカジノ側出口正面に24Hコンビニがあるため、そこで飲み物を買ってお- くと便利。Cairns市内にコンビニは数件あるがホテル正面は多分ここの他には１～２件程度なのである意- 味立地が良い。スーパーも隣のブロックにある。日本語スタッフに関してはたまに、日本人女性スタッフが来て- いるとのこと。ルーム内のコンセントもかなり多かったのもよかった。 シャワールームとバスルーム（ジェットバス）が2m程度離れているので、移動時に床がぬれてしまうことかな- 。。。朝食が高いので裏手のシーベルケアンズ脇にあるカフェにて朝食を取っていました（11~20A$） |

Le grand confort et la decoration de bon gout des chambres et des salles de bain, la situation de l'hôtel dans la ville de Cairns le petit déjeuner trop cher avec un café de qualité moyenne, internet payant au prix fort (sans la possibilite d'imprimer ) , la vue des chambres et des balcons est dégagée sur la baie mais une rue et un terrain en travaux empêchent une vision directe sur l'eau. Espace piscine un peu triste et sans recherche pour la qualité de cet hôtel haut de gamme.. |
