Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

I think just ok, no outstanding points I want to highlighted to the hotel. The aircondition, bathroom, kitchen is just fair for living. The check in and check out time is not appropriate for guests, the check out time is 10am. When we checkout the hotel, we left some useless bags,foods in the hotel and not cleaning the breakfirst as usual, and they yelled to us that we made the room disgusting and let us pay 30 dollars or clean the room by ourselves!! I think it's very crazy to let guest clean the room on behalf them. |

The reception staff were exceptional, they were very attentive and informative. The design of the motel allowed a lovely breeze to go through the building and it was very well maintained and clean. The location of the motel was perfect for us because it was quiet and our room backed onto a small park where native birds were regularly feeding. |

Queen size bed. Street was quiet. Pool was a nice size with pleasant surroundings. The over all surroundings were much nicer than you would get from a exclusive motel. with a better price. |

The location was perfect, just outside the city but close enough. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. I found Reef Palms a great place to stay and would recommend. We were on the second floor and the resort did not have a lift which was a bit of a struggle. |

The size of the room and kitchen facilities, as well as access to a BBQ were great. The pool and its surroundings were very nice, as was the green space behind our room's small patio, which gave privacy and quiet. |

Liebes, eher kleineres dadurch persönliches Hotel / Zimmer waren sehr schön ausgestattet / kontinentales Frühstück war ok. / Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, geben viele Ausfkünfte über Ausflüge und Ortschaft / Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super! Wenn es hier überhaupt was zu erwähnen gibt, dann eigentlich nur, dass das Hotel eher weiter weg vom Zentrum liegt (30 Minuten zu Fuß), aber über die Esplanade ein schöner Spaziergang! |

Petit motel très agréable, très bien équipé (petite piscine, barbecue collectif dans petit jardin) avec des chambres très spacieuses équipée de kitchenette (frigo, micro-ondes, bouilloire avec sachets de thé et café) et personnel très disponible et serviable. Robinetterie vétuste dans la salle de bains. Un peu distant du centre ville (2,2 km) mais taxis pas chers. |

Full kitchen and more than two beds provided, with nice and quiet environment. It's about 30 mins' walking to the downtown. Not that convinient. But Alice springs is a small town anyway. |
