The nice large comfortable room which was clean and very comfortable

The plastic wine glass provided was very ordinary and detracted from the other positive experiences there. Nice wine deserves a nice glass.....

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Stayed in a well equipped studio apartment which was clean and very comfortable bed. We walked to the Botanical gardens which are a must see. Walking distance to the esplanade and a courtesy bus to town centre, although we walked, and airport at certain times as stated in reception.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull . they also recommended and booked tours for us which made our stay much more relaxed.they also had a free shuttle bus into town which was great.

Unit was not cleaned daily and towels were not replaced daily and the rubbish bins were not emptied until we complained

Room was a little damp, but it's the wet season in Queensland, I don't think that has anything to do with the hotel. Booking.com said there was free wi-fi available, which actually costs a small fee, but the friendly staff ended up giving us access anyway. Booking.com also advertised airport shuttle service. We had to get a cab because our arrival and departures were not during the shuttle hours, which is not a big deal, but something that should be clarified. If it does say that on the website, we missed it.

The motel is very nice, neat and clean, there is a nice pool and a spa, the furniture is new and pleasant. It is located close to Esplanade. We took the family studio and that was very handy as all three of us accomodated comfortably. The staff is friendly and provided us with a complementary transfer to the Boat terminal when we left to Green island.

As we did not hire the car we had to walk to city which is about 30 minutes. The walk is along the beach which is good, but next time we'll find something closer to cafes and shops. For people with the car would be perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Reef Palms. It was clean and comfortable, staff were great, everything met our needs and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairns.

The reception area was very busy visually. There was a dog bed and dog behind the counter, which I did not like.

Reef Palms is a great value hotel in a good location in Cairns. The staff are very friendly and helpful and provide additional services such as regular drop offs into towm. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast option is great.

This Hotel/Motel was great value for money. Easy parking and the location was great if you have a car. Its a good 20 minutes walk into Cairns cbd, but a very easy drive. The rooms were spacious, clean and reasonably modern, although simply furnished. The staff were very helpful and offered good advice for tours and sightseeing. We had the included breakfast which for about $10 a day was also great value, it included all the usual continental breakfast options. The pool was particularly lovely, one of the nicest we swam in.

This is not a luxury hotel, but represents really good value for money and easy access if you have a car.

Staff were excellent, went out of their way to help you, especially helping you with choosing the right tours to book for your time there, that suited your interests and needs. Spacious and clean rooms.
