Good location, competitive price, clean room, helpful staffs, 3 hours free internet. Everyday mini bar checking by knocking door is really annoying! I don't know if it really works this way but certainly creats uncomfortableness to guests. |

enjoyed the central location to tourist attractions, food and shopping. enjoyed a quiet, clean and undisturbed access to my room. found the majority of the staff professional and friendly. there was only three things i didn't like about the hotel. firstly, was disappointed that there was no pool or spa access. secondly, we had requested a several ocassions that other people i was travelling with be allocated rooms on the same floor as myself - this did not happen and in fact we were on three seperate floors. as three women travelling to a unfamiliar city together - this was disappointing. thirdly, and most frustrating for myself - as i was unexpectidly ill during my stay - on two ocassions i requested ice (once from room service and once from the concerige). both times i waited for over 2 hours and never received ice. the ice i was requesting was for me to suck on whilst ill - so it was very frustrating. |

Beautiful hotel, lovely and clean. bar at the hotel was great. Great service at the bar and check in counter. Showers in the morning were tepid. Check out counter was very busy when leaving. Could have done with more staff. Room very small, intimated there would be views over the yarra. Definately no views |

This is our secind time staying and the location is not to be beat. We were in the older section of the hotel this time which was charming but the room layout was a bit awkward (tv halfway between the bathroom and the bed). The reason for my low mark on the Cleanliness of the Room scale above is that our room was never made up even though we had the Please make Up My Room sign on the door and we passed the maid's cart in our corridor twice while coming and going. At one point there were two carts outside our room! Don't recall this being an issue the first time we stayed but it would have been nice to have some frech towels and a made bed. |

the staff were fantastic and the lobby impressive. The walls were very thin, i had the pleasure of listening to a fellow guest throwing up in the middle of the night, and every time someone opened the smokestop door outside our room it sounded like they were coming in our door. I had to resort to earplugs. |

Comfortable, friendly staff. In room breakfast huge. Nothing to do with hotel only other guests not realizing 4am is still quiet time. Maybe please be quiet signs but cant really force manners :-) |
