The cleaners make too much noise while cleanning other room.

Friendly staff, very nicely decorated rooms, extremely comfortable and clean environment. Hotel's location is perfect.

Rooms are very small

Friendly atmosphere, with a sense of history and grandeur, whilst being of great value for the investment.

The staff would have to be an asset to the Hotel. The building was fantastic

I did not like the very small rooms and the fact that they are so dark. They are also very much in need of renovating. Being that the building is so old it is very hard to clean

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Proximity to South Bank area was also a notable bonus.

The room was clean and the location was good. Public transport is very accessable. The concierge was very helpful and polite.

The room was much smaller then expected. Our room faced a concrete wall.Concidering the price we paid, we expected the room to be bigger then expected.The photo was abit deceiving.

The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the CBD, shops, train and tram stations. Our room was very clean. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. Special thanks to Victor and the guys that helped us tell us which trams to catch.

Close to a lot of attractions, walking distance to good cafes and shopping. Nice atmosphere with staff and surroundings.

Only no facilities for smokers other than the street.
