the staff at the reception and door were fantastic. Although renovations were being carried out I had a fantastic stay and look forward to my next stay.

The bed head was dusty and the mattress is definitely in need of replacement. Although the bathroom was very clean, it needs to be renovated as the bath and shower look a bit tired.

Reservations staff extremely unaccommodating and rude when trying to change a booking date and then wanting to charge double for the room...would not book with this hotel ever again...the experience was soured

i really enjoyed my stay here i booked a night for myself and my partner for his birthday we thought it was great really enjoyed it.

loved it all cant wait until we stay again :)

The spaciousness of the common areas /

The hotel was undergoing a major renovation when we stayed and there was no compensation offered. We were told that the works would be limited to between 9am and 430pm but on our first morning works were in full swing by 730am.

No table and chairs on balcony,we had a club room,and when we went for drinks,we was only allowed 4 drinks,when it says drinks between 5.30/7

Bed was extremely comfortable & room was clean & nicely decorated

No chairs or table on balcony ? You pay extra for the balcony but can't enjoy it. No Bath ? And it was a Deluxxe King Room. Poolside very run down & no breakfast menu in room ?

I loved the friendly nature of all the staff who went out of the way to help me when the booking hadn't been sent through to them. I was given a room with a stunning view. Thank you for making my last night in Perth after 5 years so perfect!

No chairs on the balcony. I had to pull the computer chair out there. It would have been good to have somewhere to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

The location and view.

Went at 6pm for dinner and was told to make a booking for 8 as they had a wedding. So we did. We ordered at 8 and still had nothing by 9. So we left and had a crousant and muffin for dinner after my partner had planned a romantic dinner for me. He wasnt happy. Then our bill and someone elses bill was put under our door at midnight. Wasnt happy. Do all custmers get treated like that.

While I was tryin to sleep I could constantly here water running through the pipes in the walls. Whilsting from a gap in one of the windows that I could not seal up. And then the room next to me started getting cleaned early on in the morning
