Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

We liked the view from the balcony room. However, on our arrival we did not get the type of room we expected (as we had had previously) and the room smelt of cigarette smoke. Our holiday got off to a bad start because of this. We felt that the staff on duty at that time as well as the manager took a very unsympathetic stance. Next day however, a different staff member was more accommodating and sorted out the problem with our room and we were moved into much nicer room without the smell of cigarette smoke. During our stay we had 3 fire alarms. Balcony rooms seem to be given to smokers by preferrence. We noticed that the balcony rooms had ashtrays provided and were indeed used. |

The location and facilities were excellent. Close to everything- transport,harbour, eating spots and quiet. My only complaint would be about the double sofa bed. It was a bit on the uncomfortable side and that was with one person in it. |

The kitchen/self catering facilities were good (although the tea cups could have been bigger) the view was fantastic, and definately the location just perfect. The decor was modern and tasteful too. I would not say it was dirty but we found parts like the edges, corners and tiles could have been cleaner. |

The incredible view of the Sydney Opera House from our bedroom window Not really a dislike but the staff need more basic knowledge of the area. We asked for the nearest convenience store and were sent several blocks away -- when there is actually one only a few doors down on the same side of the street. Also, make sure you request a bedroom with a view and a balcony. Not all rooms have balconies and we missed out because we didn't ask for it. |

I was a super location and the hotel has a nice feel about it, the room we stayed in was so roomy and had a kitchen area not really, although the business with the no room service on certain night ( having to refer to a list of outside delivers) was a bit annoying the only night we chose to dine in |

It was not a 4 star hotel as advertised and if it was then the 4 stars ive stayed in before must have been 7 star and also if you stsy in a hotel with a car park they dont usually charge you for parkink they had a car park and wanted 45 a night .Also the curtains and nets etc needed a good wash .The pool was advertised as heated and was freezing and also the jacuzzi so all up not value for money....... |

The view from the room was excellent and enjoyed the balcony. Location as a tourist to use as a base for sightseeing was superb and an ideal place to stay to be in with the action tat the rocks?city has to offer We felt it could be cleaner example the tiles, both wall and floor, in bathroom were in need of a good scrub. China provided in the kitchenette was only just adequate and did not match, just a little attention to detail would make it a wonderful place to stay |

Very convenient walking to Circular Quay, the Harbour Bridge, the Rocks, and Opera House, as well as restaurants, ferries, shops and the city. Also a very quiet street. No, it was very good, my only comment is that the reception staff could have been a little friendlier and more welcoming to guests. |

The location was ideal. The hotel is situated in the heart of The Rocks, and minutes from Circular Quay. I also enjoyed having laundry facilities on-site. While not clearly indicated, a small room with two washers ($3/load) and two dryers ($2/30 minutes) was available for guests to use. When we arrived at the hotel, they had no record of our reservation. Even once we checked in, they kept losing the file. There was insufficient staff at this hotel. The room we were given had 2 twin beds. One of the beds was missing a wheel which caused the bed to lean to one side. This was reported to the reception staff the next morning. When we returned at the end of the day, nothing had been done. We spoke to the hotel manager, the only staff member on-site overnight, and he was able to locate another boxspring, and solve the problem which was great. It was however disappointing that nothing came of our report during the day when there were additional staff members available. |

Roominess, supplied kitchen, awesome shower. Bed was super comfortable. Great location for getting to Circular Quay and Darling Harbor to connect to transportation everywhere. Right in The Rocks neighborhood. Entertainment everywhere close by, too. |

Proximity to The Rocks area and surrounding areas The cleaning of the rooms was not very good as for example, the room was not cleaned until 3.30pm in the afternoon after I made a phone call when I got back to the room, and then it was not done properly. Just a bit dissapointing |
