Proximity to everything. I could walk to the city, I could walk along the river. I could walk to dine out and the supermarket was just next door.

Free wifi

Crockery not clean - had to wash saucepan and mug before use. Some items of kitchen utensils and crockery placed very high - unable to reach!

Location is convenient

Everything, it was well worth the money spent!! Excellent sized executive suite, 2bdrm 1 with an ensuite, another separate bathroom, great sized massive wardrobes woth mirrored doors in both rooms, washing machine, dryer, decent kitchen utilities, good sized dining/lounge, great sized balcony, swimming pool has slight view over some of the buildings/streets, great area for sunbathing, bbq facilities, gym facilities, also supermarket is literally less than 1min walk from front entrance, also bakery, liquor store and pharmacy..everything pretty much at ur doorstep, everything else is walking distance!! Or close to drive too!.

Place was hard to find especially findi g parking entrance for apartments which u have to drive around the back street to enter it. from the front door we didn't know if n e one was there or not.

Nice apartment in a great location. All basic necessities provided including a complete kitchenette unit. Very near to all amenities and shopping areas. Woolworth food store is just downstairs and is of great help. The reception are very supportive and extremely courteous. Especially Ms.Emma has been of great help. We will return to Republic Apartment in our next visit to Brisbane.

Apartment a bit tired.

The apartment is very well furnished with comfortable beds & kitchen. It is very clean and conveniently located next to a grocery store.

There is no air cond in the bedrooms. Only one air cond in the sitting room. It is hot in summer ESP so in Brisbane

The spa temperature was nice however the jets didn't work to make bubbles

The bed in the second bedroom was like sleeping on the floor - our room was 704, perhaps someone should go check it out... I slept on the couch because it was so bad

Having Woolworths right next door was a real convenience!! Especially when you are travelling with young children who are always hungry. Walking street and Chinatown are within 15mins walking distance, thou in opposite directions. Complimentary parking and free wifi makes Republic Apartments one of the best valued place to stay at in the city.

Staff were super friendly. Price was reasonable. A short walk away from the city... Car park is for free!!!! Wifi Internet is included in the rate...

Noisy street. You should book a higher flat. I was at the seventh, however the cars passing in the street were very loud...

I loved the apartment we stayed in. We go to Brisbane every month. Very relaxing & not many places allow smoking on balconies. Shopping centre & Cafe next door.

The bed was way too hard for me.

The room, the friendly staff at the desk and the location. Everything was fantastic

Location was good. Well set out and staff were helpful.

We were woken both nights by the burglar alarm on the Theiss building opposite.

Stayed here for a week because we went to play a tournament. Great facilities and great location at a good price. It is ideal when you want self contained accommodation and stay there for a longer period.

Couple of the lights were not working. Balcony door didn't close properly but we were quite high up so it was safe.

the apartment was advertised as very central to everything and this was correct..

the bedding was not as described, the main bedroom was made up of 2 single beds very uncomfortable. the 3rd bedroom is definately an add on and you could hear what each person was doing in their bedrooms. got limited sleep the noise from the traffic below, people fighting on the street kept you up all night. the doors and windows definately need to be double glazed. for the money paid not good value. would be better off in a hotel.
