Good size rooms, well equiped kitchen and good bathrooms. Foxtel assist the long nights. Internet was not functional and the availabilty of WIFI was a major reason to book here...disappointing |

The swimming pool and spa was wonderful. I also enjoyed the balcony views of the city and secure parking. So happy that there was a large fridge and dishwasher included! |

I liked the separate bedrooms ,the kitchen facilities and it was quiet. the lounge chairs were not that comfortable and the air conditioning struggled a bit. |

The location and facilities (pool, gym) were excellent and it was very quiet. The unit we stayed had a very clean kitchen, bedrooms, carpets, etc, but there were at least 10 noticeable marks on the walls which did detract from the overall presentation of the unit and as the rest of the unit was so clean the marks were very prominent... |

We arrived very early and were delighted to find we could go straight to our room. After a 5 hour flight, this was a true bonus! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very inviting, and the pool and spa were great! It was unfortunate that both lifts were not working when we wanted to go out, and still not working when we returned. Climbing 18 floors in the heat was a challenge, but we acknowledge it was "just one of those things". |

Apartment had a good view, and the pool was nice. There was only 1 sofa in our 2-bedroom apartment. The air conditioning doesn't reach bedrooms, so the rooms are hot. Our bed had a broken frame. Though they were friendly, management did nothing about construction noise that started at 8am in the apartment above us. Generally, I thought it wasn't great value for money, and won't stay there again |

Having separate bedrooms was excellent, especially with shared dining and lounge facilities; the other amenities such as dishwasher and laundry were good too. Two bathrooms exceeded expectations. |

We liked the location, especially to shopping, the river & fine dining, the convenience to public transport & shopping complex to easily stock up on food without carrying it too far. We loved the church bells on sunday morning security, amenities in rooms, balconies, view, space, well equipped kitchen & bathrooms & comfortable bed. Bit hard to figure out how to check in with car but we had not checked teh web site so this is not a valid criticism really |

Great location.Staff should make suggestions to guests for sightseeing when requested........nobody told us about the river cruise or the free bus around the sights. Drop off key after hours should be inside the door not outside. Extra towels, toileteries and blankets should be provided. Thanks. |
