Location is great

The position, right on Rundle Mall, good value for money, friendly helpful staff. When we arrived, by car, we followed the directions to find the hotel but they led us to a dead end street. One of the receptionists, on being alerted to the problem, immediately went to find the car and personally guided my husband to the car park. We were upgraded, without asking, to a spacious 'studio' room.

Instructions to find the hotel by car need to be improved! The shower head in the bathroom was defective and was only slightly improved after we reported it.

Large, very comfortable bed, generous bathroom with full-sized bath and luxury shower. Right on Rundle Mall, walking distance to Adelaide market, and lots of 4/5 star restaurants.

The pillows were awesome!

Extra large room, with separate sitting, dining and sleeping areas. Staff were very helpful, particularly Mr. Shane at the reception desk, who went out of his way to help us, when our room locker got jammed. Excellent location on Rundle Mall, providing variety of shopping and eating options.

Breakfast at the hotel was too expensive, considering the fare provided.

it was my first time staying in Hotel Richmond and all your personnel were very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is modern style however the curtains in the coridors (small bamboo) do not match with the overall concept and make it look cheap like backpackers hotel (my thought)

Central location

Needs attention to decor - carpets soiled, needs fresh paint. For tariff charged, a hot breakfast should be available

Love the balcony, dining, wining experience. The central location is supreme for a quick shopping, relaxing trip.

Better car park facilities would be a bonus!

Location, great staff, well designed, modernised rooms that were completely separate to other rooms, thus very quiet. Separate bath was great too.

Room clean was rushed, leaving rubbish in bins and a dirty spoon and cup and not replacing used cups

the staff I found very friendly and very helpful. went through a lot of trouble to get me sorted and find a bustrip I needed to be on.

the rooms where ok for cleanliness, but the hotel lift and corridors could need with some attention.

Love been close to shops, cafe and resturants.

Waiting time on lift as there is only one - although this does make sense for a small hotel

Paying for parking bar fridge not working when at all ...disappointed that this I an important part of ones stay and not being check prior ..poor service

Glasses and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly.

The hotel is tired and in severe need of an upgrade. There was an intolerable amount of noise and bad language coming from the kitchen area late at night and when I went to complain nobody seemed to worry about it. Even though we booked bed and breakfast we had to go back to our room to get the evidence and then down to reception. We then had to get the waitress to ring reception to confirm as she still did not believe us.

Option of cooked breakfast would be good.

Room and bathroom reasonable size and clean but this is what I would expect for a 4star hotel.

The initial impression on entering hotel was disappointing. It looked tired and worn. The lift and corridors scruffy. The restaurant for breakfast was totally lacking in decor or atmosphere and the breakfast was really as poor as I have come across in any hotel I have visited and I have stayed at many across the world. Perhaps the fact that I spent 3 nights at the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel prior to staying with you (and at the same price) was why the difference was so apparent - you should take a look at it yourselves! I would have continued my stay there but they were full when I made my booking. There was very little wardrobe space and not a single draw to put clothes into. Also noisy due to work on Rundle Mall. Fortunately I was out a good deal and only staying 3 nights.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the oation was great for where I was working.

The only real negative thing I could say is that there was no radio in the room. I like to wake up to a radio in the morning and have it as background noise as I get ready
