Rooms need plenty of ventilation BO smell on entering the room from previous guest Or from many previous guests. Some room deoderiser would help. Service to the room did not happen, just came in to change towels

Receptionist very helpful. Kindly brought us a cot for our son. We enjoyed our stay

Our room was on the ground floor, room was big, lovely private court yard, location was good and free parking

No free wifi, room was bit dark and dingy, tv was tiny!

After a very long day!!!! Arriving at riverview on mount at 8 pm, we had no power!!! Lights but no power, the phone number of the manager was obtained at the restaurant and not in the folder!! After an hour we had power thanks to my husband, who was directed by the manager to the main control room where the power had tripped!! The worst part of the whole ordeal was, it took three phone calls to get hold of the manager, and we had warm drinks!!!

Accommodation is not up to standard, eg. Bathroom door could not be closed. Shower recess would not drain so overflowed.

Ideal location between the city and Kings Park. Good refurbishment undertaken with modern materials and colours made for a pleasant surprise.

Bed was too soft, probably needed replacing. Cleanliness was good although there were some grubby marks on doors and cupboards.

Comfortable hotel in a good location with easy access to the city and to Kings Park. The rooms are large, and we liked being able to open the windows for fresh air. Great cafe downstairs, where we enjoyed watching Perth's joggers run up and down the hill, backwards.

Reception staff who understand that they are working in the hospitality business.The girl on reception had stayed back because we were late checking in and she greeted us outside to ensure that we gained access even though we had instructions to do it.Thank you ...it was after 6.00pm and a long flight.

Nothing really....it suited our purpose of a few days in Perth.

We were very comfortable in room 311 at Riverview. The little balcony with leafy views was a bonus. Appreciated the good reading lights beside the bed, and the comfortable chair. The kitchen was good for making breakfast.

Bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan.

We were upgraded to a larger room without paying for it. Super friendly staff. Great value for money. Clean. Good location. Best value in perth :-)

Small car park be aware when reversing. Not a major issue though

Location and staff helpfulness. Room was spacious and fine for a few nights. The air-conditioning worked well. Good to be able to park our car before we returned it to the hire company.

There could have been more/better kitchen equipment and crockery. There were only 2 wine glasses in the room and the cups were too tiny to make a decent cup of tea or coffee.

Great location - walk to Kings Park , Jacobs ladder and over overpass straight into the city and Barrack st and ferries or Hay and Murray st Malls. While flat is close to freeway still very quiet and private . Good cafe on ground floor frequented by locals . And they provide free off street parking - a rarity on Perth . It's not absolutely luxurious but its clean , quiet and so very handy for looking around Perth . Fully recommend it for families or friends touring in Perth .

Our apartment kitchen was not really very well equipped - there was no frypan and few other cooking implements . Microwave and cook top only.

Location is great, as it is very nearby to the famous Kings Park and Swan River. Access to city centre is also convenient. Free parking is a bonus!

I loved how the balcony faced to the trees. Very quiet. And the windows can open if you do not want the air-conditioner on. I have already recommended this hotel and Booking.com

Parking is very small and limited but this is an old area so I could live with this.

Arrived late on Easter Sunday - key pickup from outdoor safe worked perfectly. Free wifi was a definite bonus. Friendly staff - no frypan in kitchen was quickly rectified.

A fantastic location near cbd just a short walk to St Georges Tce and to beautiful Kings Park. Room was comfortable and clean, everything I needed for a short stay.

Need to upgrade the tv to flatscreen digital as the reception on some channels was poor and sometimes lost signal.

Room in bathroom- from toilet to wall- VERY narrow. Shower - VERY hard to turn off, so it wasn't wasting water Restaurant needs to have liquor licence so we could have a drink without eating a meal.

Apartments are close to city centre, quiet and with free parking and wi-fi facilities

The room wasn't clean - greasy finger marks on back of door, kitchen bench and sink dirty - bathroom tiny - no water pressure - bathroom sink tiny - bathroom tiny - had to sit sideways on toilet as no leg space!!!!! (seriously) Outdoor area nice but had no privacy. Carpark only 17 bays - had to park on street - reception times poor - carpet on verandahs very dirty and water marked -

Never cleaned in the 3 days I was there. No bar facilities or ability to entertain for business. Will not return due to the room never being seriviced,

A comfortable stay. Closer to city and kings park was a major attraction.
