Helpfulness of Eric the Manager was excellent. He was really terrific, patient, knowledgeable and courteous. Would have liked curtain choice of full block or part block. Having full block or only fully see through from no curtain or blind at all meant I did not feel comfortable opening the curtains while I was in the room and this made a "closed in" feeling. |

Location is excellent for a short city stay. Access to the city and Kings park is very convenient. Staff at Front Desk were courteous and helpful.Security is good with check-in codes for after hours entry to apartments and car park. Kitchen facilities were very good - all we needed. Microwave, hotplates and fridge all good. Air conditioner effective. However,the facilities such as TV and radio were out-dated and tired. Could be up-dated. |

Eric- at the nfront desk- was extremely helpful, friendly an knowlegeable. the matress was horrible. The laundry was not avaiable late so we had to give up some 'tourism time' to use it. |

The location, right between CBD and Kings Park, is ideal. The French restaurant in the same building might well be one of the best in WA. No (river)view, very old furniture (including the beds), not a really clean look and feel, noisy (but not too). |

The beautiful streetscape and the lovely staircase design. Room facilities better than expected. One drawback is administrative operating hours. Proposed to accomodate overseas travellers flight schedule. Since l arrived by Air Asia, l reached the hotel at 6.30am and couldnt register till the office is opened. Luckily there is a boutique cafe that serves lovely coffee. The receptionist was friendly and it compensated for the wait. Security after hours very good. Proposed housekeeping should be daily ie following international practice and not just restricted to emptying garbage bins and washing toilets. Bed should be made and place tidied up every morning. Plus point is that toilet is generally very clean. Near Bus stops & Rail |

Pleasant room comfortable bed fantastic location quiet Great to have restaurant attached . Would choose to stay again No light outside entry door.This was difficult arriving at 11pm in the dark after a long flight. Greasy finger marks all over glass balcony door I would presume they were put there by a child prior occupant should have been cleaned. |

The staff were very professional and accommodating - the rooms were large w/ balconies with a modern decor. Very nice quiet location that is still close to downtown and all tourist destinations. The restaurant on the lower level is fantastic. Overall a great find. |

Very convenient to town and Kings Park. Self catering with good kitchen facilities. Roomy spacious bed sitting room arrangement, balcony overlooking treed area and good bathroom. Free wifi which worked well in the reception area. Very helpful desk staff. Sound proofing between floors and through adjacent walls was poor but most clients were quiet enough. |

Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a great location, the cafe downstairs is lovely. The rooms are quite nice and comfortable parking was a bit difficult, since the hotel is on a very steep hill in a busy area! can also be a bit hard to find a parking spot |

Closeness to Perth CBD, Kings Park and water, rail and bus transport. Great Cafe downstairs, and close to many other quality ones. Office closed on arrival. There was a phone number to call but we didnt have a phone. Maybe advise guests before arrival that they will need phone if office closed to get the number for the lock box. |
