location was fantastic! Right next to darling harbour, entertainment centre, paddy's markets, chinatown and only a matter of blocks to the city centre. Terrible value for money. |

Location is reasonably near to Darling Harbour, although the hotel is actually located in Chinatown. Disappointed with the staff, they were not exactly being helpful and active. Very slow in check-in. Breakfast was boring after several days, no decent bread available (only toast) and croissants were definitely not made the same day. Traffic noise through the window on the Garden side was very loud, even on the sixth floor level. |

The beds were very comfortable and cleanliness was good. The swimming pool was lovely.I was disappointed that in spite of requesting for a room with a reasonable view we were not accomodated The staff was verbally friendly but actually they did nothing that was requested. |

Proximity to convention centre for our gift fair and darling harbour. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was no set smoking area. Breakfast area was disjointed and there was obviously a staff shortage. (Lack of cutlery, food dishes empty and coffee machine required attention. Also the toaster was so inefficient I didnt have any! |

位置还不错,房间还好,酒店不大。房间还算干净 上网太贵,纯净水也是收费的,不过离达琳港很近,还算方便,没有行李服务,服务人员都比较冷漠 |
