Rosedale Bed & Breakfast

What a fantastic place to stay for 2 nights. Pip and Henk were excellent hosts and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. From the wonderful gardens to the delightful rooms there was nothing to dislike. The Rosedale is ideally situated to explore the Hunter Valley and a place to relax after a day out. Breakfasts were excellent and being able to make your own fresh coffee at anytime was a bonus. Glynn & Barbara (uk)

It was truly a wonderful experience. Excellent hosts that made you feel very much at home. The breakfast was superb. Just delightful!

Unfortunately we found the bed far to hard for us. We were very tired after our stay. For people who like a hard bed it would be perfect. Can't please all the people all the time!

The owners were very relaxed, but responsive to requests, like checking in early to fit in with our plans in the area. Attention to detail was superb. The rose garden was excellent. Paul appreicated the decanter of port on the loungeroom table. He thought it add a nice touch. A very easy place to relax in a stylish country home, beautifully decorated and well presented.

Every thing about it, Pip and Henk are very welcoming but you wouldn't know they were there. The Rooms are very classy and private, and i'd say just go there for the breakfast. The food is first class.

We didn't like the fact we had to leave.

Nice place and very friendly.

The house is beautiful, rooms are spacious, clean and very pretty. They offer a continual breakfast but what they provide is more than that, they always offered something special, different and delicious. The owners were very friendly. We felt at home.

Beautiful surroundings, excellent garden to sit and enjoy the chocolates and port provided complimentary! Henk and pip are very welcoming hosts.

It was central to everything at the Hunter, it was very clean, well appointed, very comfortable and the Hosts Pip and Henk were very hospitaple and the breatfast was to die for. You couldn't fault it and the gardens were also beautiful!

Convenient location to wineries and restaurants. Friendly hosts,generous continental breakfasts, large en-suite and bedroom with private access. Large and comfortable communal lounge and lovely spacious garden that helped us to relax and enjoy our four day stay.

Rosedale B & B is a very comfortable place to stay. The location is convient and the grounds are beautiful. The room was very comfortable with all conveniences, the breakfast was delighful and the service was excellent. We would have no hesitation in staying at Rosedale B & B next time!.

We liked the location, ie close to wineries, conveniently situated to shops and local drives to explore the area. The hosts were very friendly and informative. The accommodation was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and nutritious!

Rosedale was perfect, located in the heart of the wine country it was exactly what we needed for our anniversary weekend away. Pip the owner was great, very friendly and cook two brilliant breakfast for us. The rooms were very tidy, comfortable and private with nice large bathrooms. It's on a nice little gardener property with plenty of sunny locations to read or chill out. I would recommend this to anyone.

The owners are so friendly and accommodating. Right from the get go, you'll feel welcome and relaxed in the beautiful settings of Rosedale. Great location, lovely garden surrounds and clean rooms. We ate a divine breakfast overlooking the garden then rode our bikes (a short distance) to the vineyards. Highly recommend staying here if you want a wonderful weekend away in the Hunter.
