Rosie and Colin were friendly hosts who looked after us very well. The room though small was comfortable, warm and cosy and the bed very comfortable. Although neither of us ate breakfast, I was most impressed on what was on offer. Rosie had taken a lot of time obviously to make it appealing

The Inn was lovely, clean, fresh and so sweet - it was like going to a gracious manor house. Facilities were great and Rosie and Colin friendly and genuine. Found the bed a little uncomfortable and would have like a choice of softer pillow.

We loved everything about Rosies Inn. Would totally recommend anyone to stay here. Best of all Rosie and Colin were the best hosts ever. Breakfast was included and beautiful.

Absolutely everything. Rosie and Colin are lovely hosts, with an eye to detail. A very friendly, quiet environment, where nothing is too much trouble to make you feel at home. And the breakfast was delicious. Thank you, Rosie and Colin, for making our stay such a pleasant one.

Rosie's Inn was a very comfortable, cosy and clean place to stay . Gardens were a credit to Rosie and Colin. Breakfast was very informal and relaxed with great service. Would not hesitate to recommend the establishment for other people who wanted a quite place to stay. Rosie and Colin were exellent hosts.

The history which this building has played in the workers services of the state of Tasmania. The garden and the old furniture standing in the rooms. The old photos around the walls. A tea room good! The breakfast wasn't bad either. Close to the river for a walk. The owners very helpfull. Tiles in the barthroom, were cold. Tasmania is a cold spot so it wasn't too bad.

The owners were very hospitable and made our stay very enjoyable. Lots of extra touches made the whole place feel homely. The continental breakfast was amazing. We did not want a cooked breakfast. All local information was readily available. Beautiful garden. Some undercover parking.

Tres jolie et tres grande maison, entourée de fleurs, chambre confortable. Colin et Rosie sont très chaleureux et très sympathiques. Wifi gratuit (rare en Australie !)

Trato excelente de los dueños. Desayuno continental bueno y suficiente. Alojamiento acogedor Que el wi-fi no llega a las habitaciones, sólo está en las zonas comunes.

The owner Lady was so kind and the decolations of the hotel was so beautiful. We loved them and they made us comfortable. It was one of the best hotel we have ever stayed.

Impressed by the well-designed rose garden. After a long drive from Crandle Mt., This rosy house offered us a relaxing stay and got better prepared to enjoy the fun in Hobart which is just ~15 drives away
