Very friendly host and hostess. They immediately made us feel at home. Cooked a lovely meal and had a wonderful conversation in a warm lounge. We had to leave early in the morning and an early start was no problem at all. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience and the overnight stay we will remember when we think of Tasmania.

Mature hosts went out of their way to please us. Excellent breakfast and evening meal - highly recommended

I loved the place and enjoyed the evening meal prepared by Catherine and Alex.

The address was not shown on gps. It was not easy for us to find it. Just continue on the Uxbridge Road and pay attention to the sign on the left. Once entering the gate, continue on.

The couple who ran the place could not have been more welcoming. They were just really lovely people who made their home our home. Views from the sun room were beautiful and the cooked breakfast delicious. Real value for money.

The hosts are exceptionally warm, inviting and friendly. Guests are treated with respect and at the same time welcomed if you so desire into family spaces to sit and chat at night. Breakfast is exceptional. The night meal which can be purchased at a small extra cost is likewise exceptional. A farm house with warmth, character and well worth a place to stay for both day trips into national parks areas or even into Hobart. A great way to spend some of your time in Tasmania.

Not a great deal of dinner options around, do perhaps also request the evening meal. If it is anything like the breakfast it would lovely.

A surprise on arrival to be greeted by a magnificent example of a country homestead. The quiet surrounds of a country farm stay was so relaxing. Proximity to drives to National Park and Gordon River area. Mature, friendly hosts who genuinely like being B&B hosts. The offering of an evening meal at modest cost was most welcoming after a long day of exploring the surrounds. Robin and Barbara Turner

Cosy, warm, just feel like home. Catherine and her husband are so kind and friendly. Room is big and clean, same for the bathroom. The garden is beautiful and you even have the chance to get touch with the farm animals.

The people were exceptionally friendly and made you feel at home. The location was gorgeous, and to not hear a car was just lovely. Being only 20 minutes away from Mount Field National Park was also a huge bonus, which was one of the main reasons why we chose it in the first place. Yet after staying there, both of us didn't want to leave!

Fabulous food, bedrooms and bathrooms. Hosts are delightful.

Absolutely everything! Fantastic location. Enchanting gardens. Stylish, comfortable bedrooms. Wonderful hosts that made you feel home, cook your meals and respect your privacy. Real escape to the country. Very peaceful. Unforgettable experience!

Das B&B bietet grosse, saubere Zimmer, die toll eingerichtet sind. Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und super nett. Frühstück war klasse, ebenso wie das Dinner abends. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden.

The greatest assets at Roslyn house are the owners they are very welcoming and their hospitality second to none.
