close to the beaches, central to the coastal towns.

Wasn't stated that the room was a 3 floor walk up stairs. A bit disappointed with the room for the price we paid.

The room was great and the food was even better.

Had a lovely time there,,nice views, comfortable bed.

The heater didn't work, it doesn't have a fully equipped kitchen, it's a microwave and a slow cooker.

A beautiful apartment with an excellent view of the bay. the restaurant and staff were impeccable, they even went out of their way to order in our favorite wine. the chef produced one of the best steaks we have ever eaten, and the atmosphere for our anniversary was incredibly romantic. we would love to go back there next year and we have already told some of our friends about the wonderful experience we had at rosslyn bay resort and beaches restaurant !!

we could only stay for the one day

the appartment was very nice and roomy, very clean, very quiet, great room service. free Foxtel. Excellent food, reasonably priced.

could have a bit more for children.

Check out too early

We stayed in the motel style accommodation which was clean and comfortable. The new manager made us very welcome and the food and service in the bistro was impeccable.

Lol Saturday night was booked out at the restaurant and we had to settle for room service which was quick and the food was hot and tasty

Wonderfully area - great beach. Enjoyed the quiet environment away from major resorts. Great pool area.

Only stayed one night so can only make remarks on our room and a small portion of the grounds. The gardens were well maintained and the entrance to the resort was tidy.

Cancellation Policy - No money back even though we wished to cancel weeks before the night booked. Had to leave our car elsewhere as the undercover car parks were full. Room & bathroom needs to be renovated. Ironing board cover needs replacing as it is impossible to iron on it. Water dripping from the airconditioners outside the rooms onto the floor is very dangerous. It would be a good idea to fix the two lights in the front entrance garden that were not working.

Great location across from quiet, pretty beach, nice walk to harbor and headland overlook.

No overhead fan in separate bedroom.

very close proximity to the which was great for me because I had booked a day trip to Keppel Island.

my one room window wouldn't open and iI had to prop the other one up using a spatula! iI wanted to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean, but had to use the AC instead.

I liked the fact that it was close to the marina.

Didnt like the showers, which are just a fine mist, could not watch tv in bed because the table was to low.

Location to wedding venue

reception hours many uncovered drains- slip, trip and fall hazard- elderly relation slipped and took skin off

Very modern spacious rooms, we had a one bed flat with an excellent kitchen area. quality furniture & bed. own laundry & dryer. overall quality was excellent.

A little out of town & no view

Close to Great Keppel Island

rooms were modern and clean

advertised free wifi (an important consideration in booking) didn't exist in our room windows need better curtains for more privacy

Being close to the beach

That's the resort was fully booked out but they did not do breky and if she did we where not make awear of it at all.. The air con was so dirty and make us in our room sick and the air con was not cold enough!

Sea views

The room was very well-equipped & spacious. The only thing that was missing was a nice view of the ocean

Location close to ocean and nearby islands. Comfortable bed.

Plumbing was noisy with next door toilet flushes loud enough to wake you at night. Also, there were no bedside tables with drawers.

Proximity to the ocean and two good restaurants within walking distance

Coming from a Police background,namely a serving Police Officer, it is obvious you have a hooning problem. On my stay last year I reported to Yeppoon Police a vehicle doing burnouts around the roundabout outside my room. This resulted in the person being charged and his car impounded. On the last occasion I again witnessed a number of vehicles travelling at high speed on the roads around the Marina. Perhaps this can be taken up with Yeppoon Police for additional patrols of the Marina and surrounds.
