All staff were very helpfull

Given a park view over a city view ( which faces west) without asking for it. Nice. Staff knew we were attending a wedding and had printed off ferry times etc for us to cross the river to the ceremony. Rooms were quiet and dark which helped for a sleep in. Check-out time was 11 am not 10 am.

Very slow lifts.

Price Location Staff upgraded us to a room overlooking Botanical Garden We had twin beds which were very comfortable. Very good pillows

Having to pay extra for parking

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Location was great right near Botanic gardens and also near good places to eat on Brisbane river. Right in the city but not noisy.

Breakfast is a bit expensive but we just went elsewhere as the hotel is very well located.

Rooms, service, meals, facilities were all very good.

Access to building from carpark not well marked. 8 days after we left and settled account via eftpos we still have a pending charge on our Visa from the Royal, why?

The bed was very comfortable and the room overall was wonderful. The wi-fi internet included was excellent, and the swimming pool and spa were terrific.

Nothing to speak of.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location was fantastic.

The selection of breakfast food was good however the tea had a coffee taste and the cooked breakfast was poor. It wasn't value for money.

Hallways looking a bit tired and dated, need a revamp. Extra charge for parking $28

Clean, comfortable beds, quiet excellent

Proximity to Botanic Gardens, Riverside restaurants, and City shops. The front of the building and the entrance look very appealing - curved features. Two big double beds in twin room - lots of pillows. City views were nice for a change.

The parking should cost less - It is just an old covered garage with no inner access to the hotel - needed to walk up slope in the rain. Customers have no other choice of parking and feel somewhat exploited by that fact. I know inner city parking is EXTREMELY expensive, but am sure it would get more people coming back if you gave much cheaper parking.

Housekeeping were very friendly and helpful, reception were very professional and the restaurant front of house was very friendly, courteous and with the entire team nothing was ever too much trouble.

Only small things such as no tissues in the room. The maple syrup was imitation (Canadians are trained to spot the difference). The food in the restaurant was unfortunate in that one of the shrimp still had it's shell on and the steak that was supposed to be mid rare was blue.

Location to the city and the botanical gardens. Comfortable rooms. Good air-conditioner. Free Wi-Fi Friendly staff.

Cost of car parking-guests pay more than off street parkers!!. Should be better rates the longer you stay. Need two chairs per room instead of one chair and a chez-lounge.

I enjoyed your friendly helpful staff , the staff member even rembered me and that I'm an artist , from my last stay , I was very impressed ... She was brilliant - I'm female in my 40s - so I liked seeing women my age behind the desk ... Good to see ! The staff are my first meeting point of your hotel and I feel that is important to feel comfortable and they made me feel at ease , it's a great hotel and I love the fact you have wifi and don't charge extra like most places do , it's a great location ...I would consider your hotel any time ! I normally stay at the Marriott which has breakfast included sometimes , adding a free breakfast now and then would be a deal breaker for sure ... :)

I don't like your lifts- they need an overhaul -they scare me, they don't work very good and parking is abit confusing and the entry to hotel is abit wacky too :) - Sh

How come I was able to book over the internet for $100 per night cheaper even though I am in Your Royal Rewards program ?

Had a great stay and would stay again. Friendly, courteous staff. Well-appointed rooms. Room service reasonably priced and prompt. Great location opposite the gardens.

Location , close to bars and eating outlets.

Not Valet parking , car brought around but locked no one to give us keys .Also when we arrived no help with luggage . Long wait to finalise bill only 2 staff and not very efficent .Breakfast $32 expensive no service had to ask for coffee twice . Dishes needed to be cleared quicker
