Location and setting room got very hot, had to turn ac on through the night, cooled room down, but not used to sleeping with ac on.

Felt like lord and lady of the manor loved the room. What was the agreed charge when we booked? we were the only guests and had been told that they were booked out for further nights also didn't sight a staff member for more than 24hours bedside lights didn't work requested globes didn't happen no one to hand the key to at check out

When we arrived we were very impressed with the surroundings,inside and out ,inside was very rimersent of dountown abbey on tv you could imagine the servants running around doing there job,infact we looked for the tags they signalled they wanted a servant upstairs to order a cup of tea. What we didnt like and was very upset about was,we asked about parking as we were told there was a function on that night and we were going to our grand daugters wedding at emu bottom and would not get back till late,we were told that parking when we got back would not be a problem,lo and behold we returned about 11pm that night,the only spot was down the road a bit,my partner got out the and it was all muddy,she ended up slipping over in the mud,ruining a pair of shoesand mud on her dress,to say she was upset would be an understatement,you should have parking for paying guests only area.also the milk was off in the breakfast room???.

The location and building itself is absolutely stunning. Great olde world charm. There were no staff around to assist with anything. When I arrived there was no-one there. We weren't offered breakfast or any amenities. It was like the place was deserted.

They did not have the booking from your website so I would like an explanation from bookings .com as no one was there when we arrived and they were unaware of our booking could you please provide an explanation / compensation for the inconvenience They had no confirmation from you or booking reference Regards
