The rooms were very modern & spacious, easy access to city by train, great location for visiting the city's attractions. I would have liked a spa, perhaps in the gym area. |

We were given the wrong room them moved to another to find that this was also not correct. We had to wait over 3 hours for staff to fix their mistake. Cleanliness and general up keep of the room was not good enough. |

the room was very comfortable waiter passed my hot coffee over my brand new baby that was sleeping next to me in the restauant. not enough front desk staff. no internet cards available on the first night only the $60 card was available |

Good views, great room, open design in 'two bedroom' apartment was interesting Staff member on check in was a shocking listener. Also had to ask for instructions on how to find our room as the staff member did not volunteer this information - and should have. |

Staff were polite, informative and helpful. Facilities were of an exceptional standard in quality and cleanliness. Over all an exceptional level throughout. Was touted as event hotel - and several hundred people were at the hotel due to this and yet one of the hotels restaurants was on winter service hours - if available this facility would have been popular with those in our group. |

Room was lovely and modern... very clean Terrible service when checking in and out... had to wait up to 25 minutes both times, only one person on front desk who was not very friendly. Being a saturday night, i would've thought there would be more people attending the desk. |

The Bed is the best, lobby staff are very helpful but the housekeepers were not doing their job well. Housekeeping job is not well done, and the hotel seems too far away from city, it takes about 40mins to go to city by Tram. |

One of the check-in staff (Kimberley) was confident, professional and positive. Stressful checkout. Bill was incorrect (room rate was much higher than it should have been). Hopeless check-out staff and even the duty manager made no eye contact with me, spent a long time staring at computer screens instead and wanted to argue. Took 30 minutes to check out. They finally admitted their mistake. Although it is a great location for me in Melbourne to meet with staff and clients, I'd be reluctant to stay there again. I was late for meeting in Melbourne because of the long check-out. If any of my staff or managers treated a customer that way, I would instantly terminate them. With the exception of Kimberley and one other reception girl, I observed widespread problems with staff attitude and competence. A.LaFrenais |

The amount of facilities such as pool, sauna, gym, pool tables, table tennis, two bars, bbq area and basketball area. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely furnished and the modern design and the in room facilities such as fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, fry pan, cutlery etc. Some of the staff could have been more helpful, they didn't explain some things very well such as directions to our room and Payment options, we weren't told there would have to be a deposit and the staff member made it confusing. also the sauna wasn't working during our stay, our room keycards didn't work to enter the pool area and there should be a spa. |

Very happy with the view I complained thet there was a lot of noise coming from above apartment it was attended to but it happended again the next night, i was not impressed and did not get good sleep for 2 nights |
