Car parking was expensive
Accommodative front-of-house for early check-in.
Mini-bar had expired item Bottled water was not. complementary as other hotels would.
Single beds in twin room were small, soft and uncomfortable
outdated and very overpriced. I felt like I was in a highway motel. only stay here if it's either super cheap (like $100 per night) or you have run out of options.
smelly room and carpets. the furniture and room was worn out.
Super close to everything, friendly and helpful staff!
Restaurant closed too early for breakfast
Great bed, the simplicity of using facilities, taxi rank close, great breakfast choices.
Stayed two nights, all good
The staff were just friendly nice and attend to you straight away I requested something upon arrival and the chef even made sure and rang me to make sure I got my delivery... breakfast buffet was amazing food great. 10/10 will stay there again.. great service
I liked the rooms and how clean they were.
Closeness to restaurants ease of parking
Air conditioner was noisy and kept turning on and off
Room service took almost two hours and when we told the girl when checking out, she just said she'd pass on our complaint but they didn't do anything to compensate for our wait. Also the parking was so confusing and a hassle
Location (close to center) Free wifi Cleanliness Early check-in Helpful staff
No breakfast Small bathroom No view
Liked the option of opting out of housekeeping service and receiving $10/night discount on food & beverage. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable.
Bathroom a little cramped
The breakfast was really good. There was a variety to choose from and is definitely one of the best we've experienced in Melbourne.
There is no concierge, and the lobby was quite messy. The furniture was not placed properly which made it harder for us to move around with our luggage.
hotel in great location staff went out of their way to make stay pleasant
the lobby was like being caught in the hippy 1960,s
beds, location, lobby, staff, spa in room, heated pool, big room (Queen Spa).
Requested an early check in through Booking.com and when we arrived at 11:30am, the room was ready for us to put our bags straight in. Location was a very easy walk to all the places we wanted to see. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing!!!!
Room service didn't come to clean the room on the second day until 4.45pm. By which time, we had already been out all day and were back at the room showering & getting ready for dinner. So we didn't get our room cleaned. (Minor issue).
Handy to what i needed.they had nice food
It would have been nice if they cleaned my room i was lucky i was there for to nightsas i would have run out of towels as they didn't come and clean or take the used towel lucky i had two of them. Most place come and clean the room every day but not here and the car parking was well do i leave my keys as they seem to share with Wilson parking and it did get very busy Saturday night not good so as of these thing i would not stay there again.
We booked tickets for Les Mis and it was right opposite theatre and close to great restaurants.
No shampoo or toothpaste provided like in other hotels we stay in. Car Park only allowed vehicles 1.9m or smaller. Our car was to big therefore we had to drive around until we could find a carpark that allowed 2m vehciles.
Upgraded to suite which was comfortable and spacious unlike twin deluxe which was tiny and run down. Staff slwdys helpful and pleasant. Lovely breakfast and fantastic location.
Very poor standard of cleanliness and basic maintenance. Dirty carpets, curtains and bathrooms. Some rooms in urgent need of upgrade.
We came to see Les Miserable at Her Majestys Theatre which was across the road so having a wife with a disability this was excellent. Breakfast was very good.
small bathroom door hit the loo when opening, No spare pillows, the ones on the bed quite soft and flat.
Pillows & bed were too soft for me. Bathroom was very small
Staff were very good
We pre-checked in but did not mean anything, for a Deluxe room very small, and even the door hits the toilet on entry to bathroom Well over priced, as I stay at a lot of Hotels in Australia. Do not have breakfast here, far cheaper outside.
Great welcome at the reception Cleanliness of the room Free wifi
Room would need some repairs Toilet too close to the wal
