the room above us - guests threw ice and burnt paper over balcony on to ours and one below..hotel staff called them immediately when I complained but no follow up back to me if the situation was resolved and/or no apology from guests - wasnt pleasant at all.

Spacious and comfortable room. Big comfy bed. Quiet location. Would've liked to stay for longer! :)

The artwork in the room wasn't my style... Kinda blurry pictures of race cars just aren't my thing!

Staff very good in both reception and restaurant. Room was well serviced and maintained.

Breakfast on mothers day, staff need to keep a better eye on keeping food and beverages stocked. Food warm.

Spacious, large bed. Large windows. Friendly staff.

Shower sprayed through door. Back of doors, mugs dirty. Not close enough totown centre (was only motel available that weekend)

The deluxe suite was a generous size. Kitchenette well equipped. Room clean, comfortable, and tidied each day. Good base for visiting surrounding area. Great view of racetrack. Would stay there again if visiting Bathurst.

Guest Priority Membership for Rydes not explained at beginning of stay. Would have been useful to have been given information of the benefits of programme. Downside would be smokers on balcony nearby. Unfortunately the cigatette smoke floated into room - hard issue to solve other than shut the sliding doors. Glad it was not summer.

Location was good for me because I was seeing someone at the university

Parking, I parked on the lower level when I came in and had to carry my belongings around the outside of the building and up the ramp because the door from the carpark to building was locked - would be better if this was locked afte 8 pm.

spa tub was loose & not sealed against the wall.

Mostly great, however the water into the spa bath was dirty making it brown, which left dirt particles in the bath (not pleasant to look at afterwards). Also, the housekeeping and restocking of the mini bar was average. With all that said though, I would stay there again.

Great staff and service, prompt responses to requests and maintenance. Chicane Grill for dinner was excellent in taste, presentation and value.

No fly screen on sliding door meant that to get fresh air into the room you also got flies. No exhaust fan in the bathroom meant a foggy mirror after your shower unless you left the door open during the shower - workable when travelling alone, but perhaps not of travelling with a companion. Breakfast at Chicane was significantly less excellent than dinner - passable, but not great.

Surroundings panoramic, food, customer service

Inconsiderate youth in rooms who shouted profanities & foul language from balcony at 0430hrs. They were all old enough to know better & show consideration & respect toward other guests. Hope they have a lifetime ban from hotel.

Rydges at Mt Panorama was a fantastic place to stay. We found all staff who we talked to exceptionally friendly and helpful. The view from the room was terrific and the cleanliness of the room exceptional. The air con and spa was a god send during the heatwave It was quiet and very relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the cars (and walkers) go round the track. And it was not too far to drive into the town. We will definately return to Rydges again in the future.

Location is number one. New amenities. Pity the spa was closed, no reason or signage, but the pool was delicious after a long hot day of driving.

The air con blew directly over the bed and made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The aircon was noisy compared to other hotel rooms we have stayed at, made it hard to sleep. We turned it on and off several times during a very hot night.

Yes there is one thing I was not really sure whether you guys even realise, your happy hour prices on beer was the same when it was not happy hour. I thought happy hour meant that the price of beer would go cheaper for that hour and then after that hour it goes back to the normal price. Well it wasn't like that the price was the same........so don't call it happy hour. I sorry I thought I should mention this but other wise the place is fabulous and I will recommend it to all my friends.

Location,location,location. Being a huge V8 Supercar fan,it was amazing. Even though we missed out on the race,it was fantastic being there. We would love to go back when races are on but prices are very expensive during that time. The room was lovely and fresh. They had everything in the room that you could possibly need. Extremely happy with this hotel.

The parking was very tight with a big car. Urine hadn't been cleaned off the toilet rim. And the side of the round coffee table could do with a clean down. We had dinner in the restaurant that was over priced for what you got. Asked for the steak to be really well done but it was medium rare. We didn't bother sending it back as we waited nearly an hour for our order to come in the first place. The breakfast was lovely but won't have dinner there again. All of this didn't dampen our stay and we will stay there in the future.
