Location was great - staff at desk and in the breakfast room very friendly. Excellent breakfast - except for the coffee:-)

Good coffee was available only at extra price. The regular coffee at the breakfast was unfortunately bad. Bathroom was in very poor condition -it was clean, but old. Definitely needs a renovation.

Loved the food. Possibly the best hotel buffet breakfast I have ever seen & enjoyed & I've eaten at a lot around the world! Very impressed.

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It was luxurious and very classy for what I paid (35% discount). The room was amazing with an awesome view of the harbor. It felt sooo relaxing and clean and modern. I loved the bed and linen. The shower and toilet was clean with luxurious soft towels. Tv was fantastic and all other entertainment gadgets were great. What an amazing wonderful romantic stay we had!! Thanks for the best ever relaxing treat. Will definitely be returning. Thanks again!!

Well the elevator was a bit of a downer as it was faulty that weekend and I was not going to walk 6 flights but it didnt dampen the experience.

Great bed , very quiet

Food menu very limited Not enough healthy choices for children or adults .very few vegetable choices .mash or broccolini was the total .

The breakfast buffet was fantastic.

The position of the hotel in relationship to the train station and shops. Parking on site. The friendly staff. Would definately stay again.

We have stayed in a few of your Hotels this is the first time at Nth Sydney location great.

The bathroom had very severe mould in grout, this is a cleaning issue but one that is not really acceptable, you would not have this problem in your home for a guest ??? we travel a lot and I must say you see it overseas but not here in Australia .

The view was lovely. The friendly staff in desk were welcoming

No overhead light in main room area. I had to get out of bed to turn off reading lamp. Shower over bath is dangerous and difficult for older and less mobile people. The bathroom could use a facelift. Tiles are tired and cracked.

Elevators non functioning for whole stay, car park elevator out of order , 9th floor elevator buttons non functioning, ordered a well done steak room service then had to chase it around the paddock , it was still mooing it was that raw

The bed and pillows were excellent.

Lifts were very unreliable.

The location.the view,the layout of our apartment.the staff .parking.

The tempature of hot water .it was luke warm . nice hot bath or shower would have been great.

That we were able to get a suite for four.

The fact that the hotel charged our card twenty days prior to arrival, which resulted in some angst due to a change in our booking. This has been resolved satisfactorily, now, but some effort was required.

The restaurant, although very limited in choice has excellent food.

Very expensive internet connection in the room.

Excellent beds! They really made the stay special, Bar and restaurant staff friendly.

Staff were good and the stay was nice but....

Things from the mini bar were missing and empty when we got there and the toilet wasn't 100% clean with feaceas on the toilet seat inner rim

Staff were extremely helpful with parking taxis etc. Room was comfortable with all amenities required. My sister and I were down from the Hunter Valley attending a wedding and the hotel was located conveniently to the venue. Staff in coffee shop were also very helpful. Mostly impressed by the staff and the general presentation of the hotel, clean and obviously well run.

the pass keys wuld not activate the parking entry for some reason there was only one towel in the room & when i questioned it i waited over half an hour to get another.

Room was Ok but bathroom bit run down, no working fan or plug for bath and staff couldn't find one

This was my first experience staying there so was pleased with the quiet, inobtrusive location. The motel in reasonable central to the cbd of North Sydney plus the city itself. The rooms were a bit expensive but there was alot of events on in Sydney that week so I guess that's how the pricing mechanisms work

As mentioned above, the pricing of the accommodation was abit expensive compared with what is available in the cbd of Sydney in normal times. It was a busy period so I guess you have to expect that pricing structure. Maybe regular stayers or guests could expect a better price in these times.

The convenience to the City and the convenience to my family on the lower North Shore. Also, the parking is great and access from the parking area to the street is easy. We had a balcony with glimpses of the water which was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable.

I felt the bathroom could do with a bit more of an update. Also the hot water in the basin was brown which was a bit off-putting. My husband thought the pillows were too soft, although I thought they were fine. I feel very strongly that in this day and age you should not have to pay for the Internet.

Whilst the room was ok, the bathroom needed repairs/renovation and the bath needed to be better cleaned The airduct above towel are was dropping black dust onto towels Room service - Dinner - steak sandwich cold, expected at least warm. Wine forgotten to be delivered, remembered an hour later Breakfast - Muffins were toasted solid - appeared to have been toasted from fully frozen; insufficient butter for 2 muffins
