I had 2 people coming to town , I asked for a two bedroom room and got a single bedroom with 2 beds , which meant the aoth rep had to also book a room - great for rydes -bad for me, had a been told that there was no double rooms I would have made other arrangments. The unfornate thing is the eccess has to come out of my wages...... Re" above...i was in town to present products to the group at rydes which your food and bev national manager had asked us to do , and the f&b manager in this hotel couldnt even reply to my call for an appointment and I was staying there......the room was very comforable |

On arrival the hotel staff were very unhelpful and on arriving in our room we found it to be filthy with hairs around the room, cobwebs, dust, dirty windows, blood stained curtains and lip stick on the mirror. We requested to be moved and our next room was much the same. This hotel does not deserve the rating it has and we were very disappointed! |

Beds v comfortable. Parking was free. There was mould on the lamps and the bathroom floor was a bit dirty. Was really disappointed that Foxsport 3 was advertised in the in room info but was not available. |

The thing that stood out the most was the friendly staff. From the moment I got there they went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I will recommend your hotel to anybody who is going to Cairns. Thank you. The only thing that wasn't above average was the lobby bathroom. I was waiting to leave and used it. |

Convenient location if one wants to shop, try out a selection of restaurants, visit the esplanade and wander around the inner city. Shower kept dripping, toilet would not flush as it should, shower cold tap handle comes off in hand, nowhere to park our car except on the street as spaces are obviously rented out to others. This really made us mad. |

The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was easy to locate and central to Cairns CBD. The parking facilities were not quite adequate enough. |

Excellent quiet retreat from the hubbub of Cairns. Staff was minimal but attentive and informed. Room was clean and outfitted with the latest technology. Breakfast buffet was varied and fresh but not the best value for the upcharge. Roof top pool and patio were excellent. Indoor car park was crowded but convenient and free. Rooms were clean and tidy but common areas like the the pool, laundry and patio could have been better maintained. |
