accessibility to southbank, its market and resturants. The fact that for the 5 nights I was there the gym and sauna were not operating due to renovations. This was not stated on the Hotel.com site. It was one of the reasons I booked it.Very disappointing. The hotel did provide alternative places but its just not the same and inconvenient. |

Dining room menu was limited and food was not of the highest quality.The CBD bar had basic food( chips.burgers etc) but extremely noisy. As a rydges priority guest, because we booked through you,we were not allowed the 10% room rate discount.next time we will book direct with the hotel. |

The proximity with Beach Street and all the quaint restaurants nearby, the hotel excellent location, within walking distance of center of town and all the interesting tourist spots, is an added value that must be bear in mind important when choosing an hotel in Brisbane. The train station is also located near by if you want to commute to the Gold Coast. Airport shuttle is easily accessible within ±30 minutes at low cost. I would strongly recommend this hotel to any friends or family. |

Perfect Location to the Southbank Markets, Brisabne and beautiful restaurnants Not so much the hotel, but the Taxi service they phoned for us & used was very poor. |

The offer of an upgrade of rooms for only a little more each night. I was attending a conference, all facilities and events well coordinated and of a high standard. Great location, spent most of my time in South Bank. Everything was at our door step. Friendly, knowledgeable staff will to help us with all requests. All good , I can't think of anything not to like |

We enjoyed the efficiency in all staff. Room was pleasantly set out. It would have been nice to have a couple of biscuits to have with the coffee, the towels need renewing. there was no information about in house eating facilitie. Are there any? we will probably return for another weekend. |

I like that it is near the south bank river, many restaurants and the ferris wheel view from the hotel is great. The room is comfortable, clean and spacious. I especially like the sink in the hallway which is so convenient. I am disappointed that there is no cable in the room. TV programmes were horrible, there is no swimming pool, a charge of A25 for valet for a bit on the high side. It will be good if the staff at the reception counter can be more friendly and warm. |
