The e Bar offers a relaxed atmosphere nestled beside lush tropical gardens where one can sit back, relax and take in the views around the resort style pool and across the Esplanade Boardwalk towards the Coral Sea. Enjoy your meal Alfresco or Poolside for a tropical dining experience.
Opens from 12pm daily for Lunch & Dinner, Alfresco or Poolside
Things to see and do in the area include seeing the Great Barrier Reef, Green Island and Fitzroy Island, The Daintree Rainforest, Mossman Gorge, Evening Dinner Cruises, Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and Scenic Rail to Kuranda, Hot Air Ballooning and The Atherton Tablelands.
Guests should be advised that the hotel is currently re-painting the exterior of the hotel. Work is carried out Monday to Friday, from 08.00-17.00 hours and is due for completion by the 30th of December 2009.
The exterior of the whole hotel is being painted, with one area being worked on at any one time. Disturbance to guests is expected to be minimal.

I'ts location on the Esplanade The amenitiies in the room were dilapidated. Staff said that renovations were being considered but that doesn''t helpthe guest who is allocated a roomat present in one ofthese old rooms. |

We enjoyed the night concierge Brian who was especially friendly and helpful at our departure. Our room had the slight smell of smoke, which was unpleasant given that we had our 2 children with us. |
