Easy access to Park. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Staff went out of their way to deal with luggage my husband left behind while loading the car. We were travelling for an additional 7 days around Tasmania and they got my bags to our final hotel destination in Hobart.

On beautiful days it’s great for swimming and icecream. Lots of walking for those interested in that too. Often no need for a car but I used my escooter to get about the best, lots of people on bikes too. The Bay restaurant was a lovely atmosphere and seating.

Lovely scenic location. Could have stayed another day/night here. Lots of local bush walks, etc. Initially was concerned with meal/dining options - but discovered a few lovely spots, thanks to our host.

The patio and garden were wonderful, with thoughtful seating options. The house itself was tastefully appointed with everything we could possibly want. Comfortable bed. Washing machine was extremely useful! I had difficulty using the oven, but help was easy to obtain by phone. Very close to the amenities of Coles Bay and the National Park. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable, with a well stocked breakfast kitchen. Each room has a telescope and binoculars for the wildlife and great walking trails on the property. It's very quiet and peaceful. It's about a 15-minute drive to Coles Bay, where there's a choice of restaurants to eat at a there's no restaurant on site. Breakfast is a continental with a good variety, and the whole place is warm and inviting. Loved our stay here and will definitely be back.PamAustralia
