The staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed supplied. Very clean and tidy. Nothing everything was great

The actual apartment was great. Spacious size, useful kitchen facilities, comfortable beds, laundry equipment etc and lockup individual garage. We knew there were no lifts so that wasn't a problem for us. The management of the apartments is best described as stingy. We stayed for 4 nights - one roll of toilet paper which was not replaced when we told the manager it was gone, one little guest soap, poor quality laundry powder/shampoo etc, one towel each, water pressure dropped to a dribble after 2 minutes. Except for the water pressure, these issues were rectified by a trip to Coles which is only 2 streets away.

Karen was lovely, helpful to both adults & children. The apartment was very clean, had everything needed for a comfortable family stay & was nice & close to the beach and restaurants. Room was very noisy from the traffic outside.

Close to beach shops restaurants, modern decor, ample kitchen utensils etc., air-con in all bedrooms No lifts, only stairs which are challenging with very young kids, noise from nightclub revellers, traffic noise very loud,

Spacious apartment. Noise from traffic and later unruly teenagers. Not apartments fault as these yobs were not residents, just hung around the public bar-b-que across the road drinking, shouting from late until 4am. As we were on ground floor it was a worry as they kept crossing to our entrance. Maybe a one-off but lack of sleep did spoil our stay.

The apartment was lovely and the position was excellent. The Booking.com website stated that the room had a hot tub and it did not which was quite disappointing.

The apartment was good, loved the upstair entertainment area. We had a family menber who does not do stairs well and a visiter that came to us with the same problem we did not see that you had no lift when we booked. Would be good to let people know in your advertising , we would not have booked if we knew he had to climb lots of stairs. We managed, but we will not recomend it for people with health issues.

loved the large patio and the spaciousness of the apartment. As we required two single beds we were in the second bedroom and would have appreciated at least one bedside table and bedside light! we were in a ground floor appt and found it quite noisy

Location, value for money, clean, tidy. No aircon in lounge/kitchen/dining area, so it was very hot in this area first thing in the morning as the sun came straight in this room and heated up very quickly. The bedrooms where fine as it had aircon, so comfortable to sleep
