King bed room with balcony was superb.Lots of space on balcony and in the room. It was the biggest accomadation for 2people that i have been to.Cleaning of our room was exceptional. The resort itself was spacious and delightful. The breakfast was beautiful with a great selection. The breakfast host Ashleigh was so delightful, friendly and full of knowledge on activities for Uluru.

Great staff, a choice of restaurants, enjoyed the indigenous talks, appreciated the Spa facilities and the shops. Not likely to come back if unable to climb the rock.

It had a room available at short notice. Far too expensive, and rather penny pinching in its pricing structure. Paying additional charges for breakfast and internet access (which didn't work) when a room is $400 a night is just petty. I will not stay there again and nor will anyone I can influence.

The staff were fantastic very friendly and your dessert chef who was on placement from Adelaide made the best lemon curd we have ever tasted. Loved the fact that she shared with us that she personally squeezed 20 lemons to make it. Did not see any indigenous employees.

Service was helpful and cheerful. The facilities were private and clean and quite. The hotel restaurants were excellent. Lots of info provided in house ie sunrise/sunset times - weather. I particularly requested a room with a decent view. We got a message (morning of stay) to say we were upgraded (room) - in the end we got neither. Still enjoyed the stay.

Great location and very nice, friendly staff. Dated, needs refirbishing; expensive facilities. I would make a suggestion that I hope you implement: it is very important that you change the check in time. I had been traveling since 5.30 and hoped my room would be ready - it wasn't and I was exhausted. Silvia was very helpful. it would be much better if people checked out earlier, guests would not mind waiting, they can book a tour or sit around pool

Location Almost everything. Restaurant is totally unorganized. Staff doesn't communicate with each other, rooms are not clean and were crawling with bugs. Room service wasn't available during hours they advertised that they should be. Staff is generally not interested in providing good service. They make misuse of their location.

Staff were freindly and attentative to needs. Resort had the feel of 4-5 star. Value for money was lacking, but given the remote location I understand that things will be more expensive

Proximity to airport and Uluru. Everything in one location. Poor wifi service in lobby area. Also, for prices being charged per night that should include free wifi with adequate bandwidth for today's users. Lots of flies in the lobby!

One of the receptionists was so helpful and went out of her way. Lack of consistentcy with staff...they were either excellent or very poor. When I checked in the receptionist was rude, unhelpful and refused to answer any questions. My 1st experience with a 5 star and it was quite ordinary and sometimes poor...stayed in better 3 stars One of the restaurants rarely had their full menu....most times only 1/2 of the menu was available. Prior to my visit what a run around with tours no straight answers about anything.

The staff was very friendly, as we found that to be true of all people we were in contact with in Australia. Rooms were very nice and excellent food. Arrangements for tours handled well. An all around great time there. Would visit again if not for the jet lag!

We chose to stay at Sails as a luxury resort for our honey-moon and also being close to site seeing - Uluru and Kata Tjuta. The resort was in a beautiful setting with beautiful food and close to everything we wished to visit. While most of the staff were so friendly and accommodating, we found some other staff not so responsive and friendly
