I thought it was good for a budget motel. The rooms were clean and on the whole well maintained. I have stayed in a number of hotels and motels and foun this one to be of a good standard.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Staff looked after us very well, excellent Breakfast.

The price and location was perfect for us. Our room was comfy with all the amenities we required. Would come and stay again.

The bathroom tiles could have been cleaned better, maybe with bleach. The bench and table tops were sticky.

Very good value for money compared to others in the area. Clean, very comfortable bed and very quiet ( I had a room out the back.

I would have used the pool but it was dirty.

Dirty towels.. Things like cotton buds on floor when we first walked in..needed dusting.. Blankets could see through.. Bed and bedding smelt of damp..internet useless..paid for.. Carpets stained..apparently it has meant to have 4 stars.. We were there to go to my childrens fathers funeral..we paid for 4 nights but first morning there moved out.. Even though we lost a nights stay.. Iwould never recommend them to anyone...

I have booked for "non smoking" room that was not available. Asked for extra for upgrade which I did nottake up.

I was travelling as a family with 3 of my daughters we stayed in a apartment that had ample bed space, i was greatful for the service i received the rooms were clean and tidy. Room attendants were helpful and friendly as i turned room service away for the day i didnt need beds made. I requested towels, and a few essentials they were more than happy to assist. I highly recommend this accomdation as it was affordable, clean, and friendly service. Great job guys my family had an awesome time, thank you for making it a memorable trip :-)

The service was excellent. l have stayed here before and on each occasion the experience has been very good. l come here once a month from Paynesville for my elderly mother's medical appointments and we share a 2 bedroom appartment. The reception staff are friendly and any problem has been attended to at once. l would recommend this motel to any traveller from country Victoria. The prices are very competetive. Nothing l didn;t like

We were quite happy with everything but the mattress it really needs a new one it has passed its used by date and the bathroom floor in the doorway could have done with a wash. Otherwise the room was fine. Thank you.

Affordablity, Location. Customer Service was great

Everything was great. The only thing i was disapointed in was the Spa Bath, i was expecting a little more than a bath tub with jets. I wouldnt like to be paying extra for that room due too the "Spa" bath. Other than that great

Noisy Guests in adjoining room on Friday Evening

Easier to book online.

1.Located near noisy road and rooms are not sound proof. 2.Nearby construction and noise of wind gustling thru plastics was a nuisance all the night. 3.No cutlery to use. 4.No cold water jug or drinking water tap inside room. 5.Bathroom sinks old and worn out. 6.Spa facility was a fake advert and the smell when you switch it on was pungent though stciker claimed hygenically clean!!

All the noise from next doors building reno'sas plastic was flapping in the wind all nite

The check in guy was friendly, location was good, price was reasonable for the older facilities

The woman on checkout was not very friendly the room had not been properly cleaned or serviced found several small glass shards on carpet by bed also only 1 single tissue in the tissue box was annoying, spa bath was discolored, very small sized and spa jets didnt work properly bathroom drainage did not clear spa overflow and pooled up across the bathroom floor the "hot" breakfast was stone cold and the eggs very undercooked, lousy value for $20

The doors put in for adjoining rooms need to be improved for sound proofing or removed in some - we could hear EVERYTHING going on in the next room.

The heating is too old and doesn't work all the time. Last week i traveled to Melbourne and I stayed in Sandown Regency & Serviced Apartments for 3 nights on the last weekend and one of days during i stayed, the heating did not work for the whole night and nobody can come to fix it or change another room for us. Next day when i spoke to the reception for money refund for that night, they said the manager was not in the motel and they can not decide to do money refund and they passed their manager's business card to me and asked me to ring their manager when can i come back to Adelaide.

Quiet - very close to where we had to be.
