The beauty of the place and serenity. It was out of the way but we were happy to pick up some seafood, wine and salad to prepare and enjoy ourselves. We left the dishes as instructed and little elves came and cleaned everything up. Enjoying our food and wine by the beautifully lit pool and garden was quite magical. I wish we could have stayed longer.

An excellent stay. Would like a few more options for breakfast but what we were given was very good.

We often hear that a location is a hidden oasis. But Santa Fe really is. Unfortunately we could only stay 2 nights. On our next visit it will be a few days. The B&B is delightful. Sharon is the consummate hostess, the breakfasts are wonderful. The rooms are delightfully decorated and the lounge etc are very relaxing and comfortable. But it is outside that Santa Fe really comes into its own. In 6 acres Sharon and Ben have transformed the area into a really interesting exploratory sensation. there are waterfalls (only a few feet, Niagara it isn't). a lake and pond and loads of interesting little areas in the garden and around the swimming pool. If you are going to Coffs Harbour or close by stay at Santa Fe, you will be blown away.

It does take some finding but when the work on the Pacific Highway is completed it will be easier. Ring Sharon to get directions before you set off. Santa Fe is about 10/12km from Coffs Harbour but this is more than made up for by the pluses.

The facilities awaiting behind the front door, it was like walking into a piece of paradise. Sharon and Ben were the perfect hosts, breakfasts were top notch. The BBQ facilities meant you didn't have to venture out to enjoy a nice meal in a perfect setting.

    Nothing, everything was perfect

The gardens were beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast.

Location. Due to the road works our sat nav. couldn't find Santa Fe and we drove around for over an hour when we were tired at the end of the day. We had to ask at a shop and neighbour due to the road being blocked off. When we finally found it my husband and I had had an argument as he didn't want to stay due to its location. We had not had anything to eat for hours and as there were no restaurants nearby we went to bed hungy. It was the worse travel experience we have had in over 30 years. I think the owner could have been more understanding and made us more welcome with a cuppa and home baking.

This is a great little place about 10-15mins north of Coffs Harbour and inland from the highway (note that the highway is currently under works so diversions in place but it's well signposted). Ben was amazing when I called in the morning and gave clear directions and even said if you struggle to find Santa Fe to call and he'd direct me in. There are only three rooms in the accommodation and all seem spaced apart so you will not get disturbed during your stay. The grounds of the accommodation are first class and it truely is a gem in the countryside. I stayed in the room up by the main building and this room has everything you need and has a view of the pool below. On arriving and shown to the room I was offered a complimentary drink (soft or alcoholic) and Sharon offered dining recommendations in the area for the evening. The service and cleanliness was great and the overall quality of the furnishings was above average. The 3 course gourmet breakfast in the morning was outstanding and filled the hole ready for the day ahead.

Note that this accomodation is located inland so it's a fair trek from any restaurants and shops and so a car or at least a taxi ride will be needed to get food in the evening.

I really cannot say one negative thing about our stay. The owners made us feel really welcome and took the time to chat. The breakfast was superb, haute cuisine really. It was the best breakfast we had during our trip in Australia. Our room was spacious and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace. The garden was a dream. They put so much effort into small details. We would definitely go back.

    Absolutely nothing !

I cannot thank Sharon and Ben enough for the wonderful stay. We appreciate that you went the extra step from transfers to taking us to the supermarket for supplies on arrival and offering to pick up fresh supplies during our stay so we didn't have to leave the grounds. And now lets not forget the mouth watering breakfast. Gluten free( I let them know before I arrived) not a problem. The grounds were wonderful and very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Santa Fe = Perfect Romantic Getaway. On our arrival, we were greeted by Sharon who was a welcoming and hospitable host. My husband and I booked a one-night stay for our 22nd wedding anniversary...we loved the Navajo Suite so much that we decided to stay a second night. The gardens, wildlife and the swimming pool setting were just beautiful - tropical paradise! And the breakfasts were awesome, beautifully presented and very tasty. We will definitely be going back there but we're not waiting a year for our next anniversary!
