Every thing was good, clean and quiet Photos on website showed the new hotel rooms and not the old units up the road. The unit was fine, although I was disappointed to find that it was not the accommodation I thought I had booked.

When I was moved to a different room by the good staff. Main hotel good. Description overrated for the budget accommodation and poor value for money. Ok for a backpackers place but then expensive!! Toilet facilities a long way from room on different floor. Never see before!!

Location and cleanliness was awesom as we're the staff. The budget rooms do need some upgrades especially to the hot water system. The written instructions are clear but do not resolve the problem of water being either cool or scorching hot. Wife recieved a burnt back and buttocks from this problem for rooms designed for families with kids this needs to be addressed before someone is seriously injured.

Interior was nice and comfortable. From the outside it looks like you are going to stay at a real dumpy, cheap place.

It was a big unit for a solo traveller but I enjoyed the space, it was clean, functional and all I needed for a short stay. It had a carpark and location was perfect. Most of all it was affordable for Perth prices. Nothing in particular

The smallest tv in the world. No aircon in bedrooms. Sitting area out front with no seating. The picture on website bears no relationship with what we received.

Location was ok although it's a young surfer area not really for families. The bed sheets were clean. Building and appartments were tatty and run down. Mould on curtains. Walls plaster coming off and holes. Damp on ceiling. Electrics old and need updating. Glass screen in shower had huge crack down it. Kitchen barely addequate. Hot water for showering was boiling hot or cold even after following instructions. We asked for parking we had to park illigally on the verge where signs stated not to. But reception who were not extremely helpfully told us it was ok to park there. Got stuck in the soft sand on the verge and had to struggle to remove car. Going on your 6 stars I wouldn't give it 2 stars it's not fit for human occupation. I have gone through you a few times but now I will be dubious about your star system if I booked through you again. We thought we were getting a good bargain but I don't even think the price reflects the disgusting state of the building and appartments. The nice Sunmoon Boutique Resort that is attached to it (where you use that reception) gives a false impression of of the Observation (Buttocks!!!) resort. Would never want to stay there again and would not recommend it either.

I paid to be upgraded to the Sunmoon resort...which was very good...except it took 4 minutes and more for the hot water to come into my room 311 and there are no telephone books in the rooms, I had to make a call, the desk were hopeless ( aman) that was a nuisance. See next door on left!

Close to the beach, relaxed place Big rooms, good for family Stuff also brought things that were missing without much ado. Internet is ridiculously expensive, a sham. (buy a prepaid card, its cheaper!) "Large Kitchenette" was meagerly equipped. First had to ask for basics Rooms were somewhat very basic. Also somewhat deteriorating Value for money: outside of Perth/WA this would have been too expensive, but it seems WA just is very expensive.

The location is great, car park was good 1 Mould on the cielings and walls off the bathroom - it wouldnt pass a health department test 2 Excessive dust on the windows and windo sills 3 Noise 4 Wifi at $7 per hour - Exscuse me but most eastern States hotels are free Wifi - Hell Mcdonalds has free Wifi!! 5 TV was from 1980 - no digital channels 6 No CD player! 7 Bathroom fan sounded like a helicopter taking off 8 Paint was peeling off the walls All up it was poor for room at $159 per night. If there was anywhere else to go which there wasnt I would have asked for a refund!

The 'Resort' budget rooms are worse than a backpackers and advertised as a resort! Needless to say I was surprised to find a small smelly and dark room tucked away in a hidden corner of a hotel that looks like it hasn't had anything done to it since the 1970s. The entrance hall stank of cigarette smoke, the bathroom was very ordinary with only a few hooks and no cabinet, toilet was some distance from the room. Both toilet and showers were shared with about 15 other rooms so potentially 30 others and are only cleaned weekly. Despite asking guests to keep toilets clean there is no bin. Rooms have no facilities not even a kettle and walls are not sound proof. The Resort is located right on a six lane highway so is noisy. I wouldn't have minded so much if it was advertised as a backpackers and was cheaper but was expecting a 'resort' and it was $90 a night!

The duty manager, he was fantastic in sorting out our issues Everything, the villa was filthy, was not represented by any of the photos advertising the 'resort', mouldy, flaking ceiling paint, could not believe that people would pay to stay there, the cleaning supervisor had no insight into cleaning standards, broken glass in the outdoor area was generally unkept and dirty
