The hotel was family oriented. Need not go anywhere else because the hotel has lots of Amenities Extend the meet and greet time wirh the characters .

The food and the service ! (both breakfast buffet and seafood/dinner buffet) So poor. Very disappointed with the quality, presentation and the taste. Understand they were very busy because of Easter holiday but that wasn't an excuse for being so rude in service. (Not all staff were rude, only some in the lobby restaurant) Unless you just want to be close to Seaworld and don't care about having good dinner with your family and don't care about service, this will be fine. Price wise : too much !
