It was easy access for our adult children living in Melbourne. Availability of meals for us as a family convenient to the city, to the Concert Hall and Sunday Market - we will stay again. A queen size bed not DB bed as a couple would have been better my husabd is 115 Kg. layout of rooms very functional however tightness of bedroom area I think dictated the size of the bed. |

The location of this hotel is great as it is convenient to the city, South Yarra and all the inner bayside areas; but it is quiet with plenty of free parking on the weekend |

The coffee is excellent The food was terrible - either not available or overcooked, it looked as though it was old. I had to send back room service food. The shower head was leaking. I told the staff on the first day I was there, and it was not fixed by the day I left. I reminded the staff again. For the price I paid, the room was small, the walls are thin (can hear everyone in rooms around me), the TV channel system is slow to the point of being ridiculous. There was no menu in my room, I had to ask reception for the room service menu. There were no city brochures or phone books in the room. |

The hotel is only a 5 minute tram right to the city centre - the tram stops right outside and you can buy your day tickets from the hotel. Very convenient. We arrived early and the concierge took our luggage up the our room while we went for a walk until check in time. We had problems using the TV! |

I liked the spatious, clean and quiet apartment with a view onto the nearby lake and the seaside. The place was a very good deal for the money. The staff was very helpful. The nearby lake was great for running. A tram stop is right in front of the hotel. It is not the fault of the hotel, however, during rush hours the tram becomes a rather slow means of transportation to and from and in downtown. This may disturb a business traveller, much less a tourist. |

First I would like to thank you all Heritage hotel staff that made my stay easy and provided me with comfort. My experience with Heritage hotel was great and I highly recommend it to anyone want to enjoy the atmospher at this hotel. for example in my first day T.V was not working they changed my room immediately with a better condition. I liked the card secuirty of using elevator in the hotel, the gym, and very close to trams and buses. If you could please reduce the price for the car park and internet service for hotel guests. Plus dinning in the hotel resturant it was a bit expensive as well. |

I liked the fact that it was so close to Chapel Street, amazing shopping strip.I was thrilled to be upgraded to the apartment and use the European cooking appliances I couldn't operate the heater despite reading the very limited instructions. The TV was great but the lip sink was out which was a little distracting. |

I like to stay at apartments, rather than in hotel rooms. The apartment was mostly well equipped. The staff was helpful and friendly and tried to fix problems immediately. For me, the location was not a big problems since I could take the tram to down-town for business. However, it takes some time. The nearby lake is nice for running, and a suburban shopping area is in walking distance (about 20 minutes) . The free wireless internet was not up to standards, often very slow and for more than one day basically unusable because of server problems. I missed a proper desk for working. The TV had not international programs - which left me without access to news others than local. The restaurant could have had a better food selection - I looked at the breakfast and decided not to have it. The location is a bit out of town. |

I liked the fact that there was a cooking facility, although we did not need it this time. All fixtures were in very good condition, and the beds were white. It certainly looked very clean the floor was very loud to walk on between the lifts and the reception - I mostly tried to tippy-toe not to be so noisy |

Everything you'd possibly need (including a toothbrush!) in a compact room - sleek design combined with old world charm. Close enough to City, but far enough out for easy parking. Equal distance to St Kilda, Prahran and City. So much better than expecting for the great price. A few hairs on bathroom floor - made me question the cleanliness. |
