The delay in check-in due to the room not being available after check-in time.
3 bedrooms was a nice upgrade, the restaurant was fabulous, food really good and a very good price,
lots of dust and mouldy bits in the unit, dust turned to mud when drops of water splashed in bathrooms etc. In this age cannot understand why you have to pay for wifi for a little boy to use his ipad for a few hours
Breakfast was ok.
Vomit / blood in wall and skirting board in bedroom, infestation of what seemed to be fruit flies - kept me awake most of the first night. Dated interior. The hotel seems to have spent all their money on making the ground floor look pretty for the photos on website, while nothing was spent on the rooms. Will not be going back again.
the view from the room looking out to the sea.
The small apartment was well equiped.
The a/c was situated in the wrong place,as it didn't comfortably cool the bedroom area.
The location was great.
The bed was small.
location fine,staff friendly
Quality of breakfast was disappointing. Food badly prepared, lack of trained cook was obvious. It was raininbg otherwise we would have left to go somewhere elase to have brekkie.
great reception staff and happy faces all around
very scary car lift,,, not much they can do about it i suppose,,, but a warning would have been nice,,, lots of dents on the lift where people had hit the walls
Noisy air-con, no room service at night.
Was advertised bright airy room with large window pictured. It was a matchbox size with small window. Asked for lower floor level but was put on the 11th floor.
it was clean and tidy ,staff, good
we have stayed in hotels and motels all over the world and NEVER have we had to pay to park car when a guest at them . will never go there again and will tell anyone else not to go either.
Nice view from 9th floor, clean enough, staff friendly and kind
bad too small for two people and uncomfortable, there were only two sugars in the room, not enough milk either
Each room was set up differently, but attractively. Comfort was excellent along with fittings and amenities. Could not ask for anything better. Thoroughly recommended.
The car left was a bit scary to begin with, but became used to it.
The hotel was chosen for the proximity to meeting place only
Nothing , apart from the lingering smell of cooking on the 6th floor
almost 4 weeks gone didn't return my bond yet?
The proximity to a tram stop, the unit facilities, the restaurant, and the great choice of cafes close by.
Squeezing into the car lift. The double bed.
The whole stay, although only one night, was easy to acces (on a main tram line), reasonably close to where I needed to go the next day.
Location was good for exploring Melbourne. Staff were friendly and helpful
Breakfast buffet selection was poor
megeszik az agyad
Good customer service, short cab to the CBD
The price was good and the staff there are great.
It was value for money
Nothing much .. Totally enjoyed our stay
Location was good, right across from a tram stop and central to the city as well as South Melbourne and St Kilda. Shower had a hand-held shower head. Balcony and ability to open the sliding door to get fresh air was great.
World's tiniest TV, no hairdryer in the rooms, no powerpoints in the bathroom, no full length mirror, no place to put an open suitcase, the general condition of the room (lots of scuffed/chipped/marked walls, tile grout yellow and discoloured), the benchtop ironing board (that refused to stay in open position), iron with a dirty plate that marked my clothes, the pillows. I paid almost $180 per night for what is really a 3-star hotel in pretty shabby condition. For $80 per night, it would have been fair enough. For the price they ask, it's disappointing and over-priced. I've stayed in much higher quality places in Melbourne for much less (unfortuantely they were booked this time because it was a busy time with the Australian Open). I wouldn't stay here again unless it was rennovated.
Shower Tap was broken
Staff were very helpful and courteous
The facilities in the kitchen were very limited
