I loved that you could take the most wonderful walks.

There wasn't enough information in the room to say all the choices there were for dinners locally. We only had one night and would have loved the Vietnamese restaurant had we known.

Kiama is a small town in a beautiful location. Beautiful walks around the head. Choice of beaches. Rock pool. The hotel was very convenient just a few minutes walk to town & harbour. Would visit again.

The Thai restaurant closed at 9 pm and our hotel bar closed at 10pm. This during our visit in April.

I thought it would be more on the luxury side - was just a average hotel.

Fridge was so full of unwanted stuff you had to purchase and left very little room for our own supplies. The room seemed hot and airless, no windows to open, air con is not always pleasant.

Nice location and very modern hotel that has been built in I think three stages. Stayed in newest wing set back. Room spacious and clean. Had balcony room but on ground floor with little view other than residential road, not too unpleasant but hotel photos suggest harbour view! Beware. Breakfast in rate and parking so fair value. As slightly off season town peaceful. Meal in hotel was the Monday special representing value. Nice stay overall.

Bathroom layout poorly thought through with sink unit lacking side areas for all bits and pieces! Too much dead space for modern bathroom. Hotel on different levels so finding your way around from car parks nd facilities tad confusing. Better and clearer signage required. Modern look little austre fir a pretty little town!

Position and comfort. Happy staff and a quiet place to stay.

Restaurant isn't 4 star and neither is the breakfast. Ground floor room was almost below ground. The carpark is not secure at all.

The location in a beautiful ocean side township.

Being in a room (upgraded mind you) where there was only filtered views on the harbour and overlooking the establishment's garbage bins. We were quickly awakened by the garbage collectors on the Monday morning. Also, the toilet was made from cheap plastic that proved rather embarrassing for the noise it emitted when you had to take a seat.

It was all quite comfortable and adequate, nothing outstanding

Limited dining choice. We only ate in once, and the blue diamond bar (or whatever it's name was) was a bit rowdy but the food was good and service prompt.

Being European, I would have preferred some cheese and cut meat at the buffet breakfast. But your staff was very friendly and got me some cheese after I asked for it. Thank you....

Everything about the room was lovely.

The food available at the bar/restaurant was of poor quality, and completely at odds with the standard of the rest of the hotel. We would recommend going out to eat.

Great location lovely place . I would return to this place again we had 14 people in our group and everybody loved it .

The room did not have a bath after the first night enquiries were made whether we could move to a room with a bath . This was done very efficiently and caused no problem with the very helpful staff on reception . We had a fab time in relaxed clean environment .

We ordered room service the food was excellent but not that hot . We didn't complain but should have .

No A La Carte restaurant Falsely advertised there was a top class restaurant. The Taps food was terrible in a dirty bar with a very bad and overloud singer. I will never go back there again. Deceptive advertising!

The front office staff were great.

The condition of the room did not match the price. Cleaning and maintance staff need to be spoken to as room was poorly presented.A good coat of paint would be a good start. Breakfast (included) is of poor quality leaving little choice or lots of waste on your plate.

Nil, although if they say breakfast is from 6.00am it should be ready at 6.00am - I was working and had to start early.

The fact that we were able to walk wherever we wanted in Kiama from the motel room. The hotel is modern and clean. Very welcoming and relaxed. We were upgraded to a balcony room at no extra cost, which was unexpected and very appreciated.
