Breakfast was nice. Car was there on time. Staff were friendly. Could not turn the TV on I suspect due to flat batteries in remote. Sticking float in toilet which made water keep running after flushing.

New refurb is very tasteful, classy and relaxing. Staff, though very busy were courteous and helpful esp the maintenance man and the porter. Floor wasn't vacuumed and with an 8mth old I had to crawl around and pick up bits of paper etc to stop them going into his mouth. The new refurb is useless if you invest in cheap junk air conditioning and facilities. We moved rooms 3 times as each time the air con/heater didn't work and new room given wasn't checked before we moved. Baby was then extremely tired. Thank God for the maintenance man who checked the room before HE moved us. Manager did respond well with complimentary room service etc

Location The smell - it stank of mouldy carpet very poor!!!! Our room was not as we booked ie wrong number of beds and no apologies!!!! Out dated hallways extremly poor for an hotel advertised as 4 star and above.

Breakfast and rooms were good. The fact you advertise you have a gym but it is closed. The American girl that served me dinner was very friendly and nice but had bad body odour - a shame but this is very unprofessional.

the location, the luxury that there was loud music outside (the government used that to keep the young ones away because of the holliday) and we couldn't sleep because of the noise.
