Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. Room was also comfortable to stay in. Would stay again! When we booked a double room, website showed a bedroom which led into a living area, however upon arrival there was only a bedroom with toilet/shower. But when this was raised with reception the following day we were very given a complimentary room upgrade to as one b/room apartment which was quite exceptional. Also the hot water was not the best in the evening.

It was in a location that suited our needs. We were under the impression that breakfast would be provided in the traditional way...to our room. and we would have preferred to be aware that our parking space was two blocks away. We feel that none of this information was clear from your web page.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was to hard. The rooms designed well for a family. The location was great with easy access to transport, shops and eateries. I would recommend this accommodation to all friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We were based on level 1 and the view from the window was a brick wall. When the toilet was flushed the pipes made an awful sound.

The service was fantastic and everyone was absolutely lovely. Extremely helpful and the room itself was immaculate. Great stay, had an awesome time! Everything... the pillows were really comfortable and i was treated really well and everything was fantastic. I have nothing negative to say at all. :D

It was fantastic that it was so close to public transport, and an easy walk into the heart of the city. It is also surrounded by some great dining choices. The staff were very helpful, and it certainly was bonus to have access to an umbrella in Melbourne's ever changing weather. I must admitt say that some of your umbrella's do need to be replaced though. Thanks again, and we will certainly consider staying with you again in the future.

It was very convenient for my work at the Universities in Melbourne city centre. It was a clean and well cared for accommodation. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Loads of nearby restaurants, pubs etc make it easy to eat out, and many small supermarkets nearby make eating in easy too. It was delightful. Having stayed at the previously 'sister' owned facility of the same name across the road, I was disappointed not to have a pool which the other facility does. This was however, not a big issue.

Staff were friendly Gym was out of service bar fridge in room wasn't working and the fact we had to switch rooms 3 times and the room still wasn't as good as I would have liked eas dissapointing, I think you need to upgrade the photos on your website because it's not what it looks like in your photos..

Pillows were terrible, too soft. Water in shower went cold after 1 shower. Shower glass door would not stay shut and bathroom too small. Batteries in remotes were flat. Place gave the impression it could do with an overhaul

Location From Booking.com said it I booked 2 bedroom apartment said it with fully equipped apartment with separate living area, kitchen with washing machine, and a bathroom with bathtub. But they is no washing machine in the apartment, when I checked with Hotel staff, they said only Suite room got washing maching. They is never ever washing maching in any 2 bedroom apartment. As I stayed at 4th floor, If I want to go over 3rd or below only got washing machine. This so disappointed. Others are just nice.

The only thing that was good about this Hotel was the location. There were great places to eat and bars within walking distance. The Hotel was no way near the rating that it says it is. The furniture was filthy. The carpets were dirty. The walls were dirty and chipped. The lift didn't work for 4 of the days we were there. A 2 bedroom apartment only had 1 wine glass, 2 water glasses, 2 coffee cups and so on. The housekeeping was appauling with them not even coming some days. When they did come the most they would do is make a bed, sometimes wash a odd dish. Never wipe down or clean the bathroom or do the floor. All in all it was disgusting and I would advise no one to stay in this Hotel with was suppost to be a 4 star.

I liked the location I didnt like the reception being across the road and there weren't the facilities as advertised. I didn't appreciate that there wasn't breakfast in our building and the parking was too far away. I wouldn't stay here again

The location of the hotel was excellent. Housekeeping were poor, dirty dishes not taken with them, beds not made properly, bathroom not cleaned, sinks not wiped. Car park for hotel was located to far from the hotel a good 10-15 minute walk...If your thinking of getting a car for your Melbourne trip I would reconsider...parking is so expensive!

The location to China Town and city shopping. The bed was very comfortable. I did not like 1. the car park being so far away. 2. The reception being different building. 3. The lifts were very slow and old. 4. The rooms were pooly cleaned. 5. The bathroom layout was poorly designed and lacked space for the vanity.
